Everything was so easy! Shuttle was amazing and so helpful. Made the stay in Telluride an absolute breeze! Didn’t get to the hot tub/pool but it looked awesome!! The room was so nice..little fridge, microwave, robes, nice bed!

My husband and I had a great time during our stay at Bear Creek Lodge. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and very nice. We didn't use any of the lodge amenities but everything looked great! The location was perfect - easy walk down to catch the gondola into town. Gorgeous views. We'll definitely be back!

The room was super small. The bed was smaller and did not look like the picture. The furniture was old, packed down, hard and one of the chairs falling apart.
The kuerig machine did not work after I had bought pods and all of the things I needed for coffee. Front desk tried to find another one and said this unit has Keurig because it was managed directly by the owners. I tried the coffee maker next and it also didn't work. It was the wrong coffee maker for the filters and coffee provided by the lodge.
The front desk finally brought us a new coffee maker that worked.
We were charged almost double per night for a much smaller condo than our friends who booked directly through the lodge for a huge room with full kitchen, dining room, balcony and luxury King suite for a little over half of what we paid per night for the same exact dates.
I would contact Bear Creek Lodge directly before ever renting this property again run privately through VRBO by the owners.
