About this house rental
An architect renovated this former wine warehouse in 2012 and several magazines published photos, including the April 2014 edition of Art and Decoration. The lodging has a prime location at the heart of Bordeaux in the Chartrons district. It is a stone's throw away from the Garonne Quays and the Tram B Chartons station 200 m away. This splendid, well decorated house has every comfort. It features a 100-sq.m wooded garden. This house can sleep 11 people (9 adults and 2 children).
The main house boasts:
Ground floor
- A large, 300-sq.m living area bringing together the kitchen, dining room, and two lounges with no partition or separation offering an area with a singular feel
- A cinema room for 8 people
- A gym with a cross trainer power plate, etc.
- A small study
Upstairs:
Master bedroom 1 offers a double bed, an en suite bathroom, a separate toilet, and sauna.
Bedroom 2 has two 80x190-cm single beds.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed and its own bathroom.
Bedroom 4 has a 120x190-cm bed on a mezzanine and another 120x190-cm bed.
Bedroom 5 has two single 90x200-cm beds.
Bedroom 6 offers a 120x190-cm bed, a private bathroom, and a separate toilet.
On the same floor, we offer a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room.
There is Wi-Fi and an alarm.

Amazing property and perfect location. It was a couple days in before we realized we had a theater as well as found the sauna. The open floor plan was expecially nice with the kitchen set at the center of the universe.

The most amazing space I've ever stayed in: unbelievable. Luxurious. Spacious. Quiet. And the check-in / check-out process was exceptional: very friendly (and prompt) staff.

I’ve stayed before. I think for the money the place needs an overhaul…great location etc….but didn’t know how to use the sauna, had to keep cleaning if kids walked over the cement…couldn’t unlock the rear door…..and so on….just not top shelf.
