About this cottage rental

The cottage is a former Rectory renovated traditional Norman building in Bourg Hermeville. All shops and amenities 2 km. Ideal family to discover the Caux by car, bicycle, on foot.
At only 16 km from Etretat and its cliffs, 13 km of Montivilliers and its abbey, 20 km of Fécamp with its famous Benedictine Palace, 25 km from Le Havre World Heritage Site by Unesco.
With the Normandy Bridge, Honfleur is 20 minutes.
To discover in one day: The loops of the Seine, the Vernier marsh, the forest of Brotonne Caudebec, Villequier, Veules roses, St Valery en Caux ...

We loved the cottage and wished we had more time to enjoy the area. We had come to France to follow the USA women’s futbol team through the World Cup 2019 Group games. The team did not disappoint and the gîte was absolutely perfect, quaint and a charming place to stay. Highly recommend it and hope to come back one day!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus von Nadia und Dominique wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist mit viel Sorgfalt llt renoviert worden und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auch die beiden Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben den einen oder anderen Tip parat. Und dieser Teil der Normandie bietet so viel Möglichkeiten zu entdecken. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Petra und ihre Jungs

Tout est dans le titre. L'aménagement de la maison allie le charme (belle cheminée de brique) et l'aménagement moderne et fonctionnel. Ajoutons que le village est très calme et que la maison donne sur un petit jardin (terrasse, pelouse, massifs de fleurs) dont les locataires ont la jouissance exclusive pendant le séjour. La route départementale qui longe le terrain n'est (un peu) passante qu'aux horaires de départ et retour au travail, donc ce n'est pas une nuisance de tout, et on n'entend rien de toute façon de la maison. Nous le précisons car nous avons vu des remarques négatives dans un commentaire à ce sujet. Bref, nous recommandons chaudement pour un séjour découverte de la région.

Zeer verzorgde vakantiewoning met degelijke materialen. De woning ligt wel langs een drukkere weg waardoor er verkeer is, toen wij er waren net de tijd van het oogsten van het graan, maar dit was voor ons niet storend. In de woning was er van geluid niets te merken. Goede uitvalsbasis om te gaan wandelen op de kliffen en de omgeving te bezoeken.

Schönes kleines, sauberes Haus. Die Fotos, aufgenommen mit Fischauge, täuschen eine falsche Grösse. Das Haus liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist das Haus nicht sehr bequem. Wir waren zu zweit, das Haus wäre aber zu 6 mietbar. Mich würde allerdings wunder nehmen, wie das gehen sollte. Vermieter sehr nett.

Wir wohnten zu viert für eine Woche in dem toll renovierten Häuschen und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Alles war sehr sauber und die Küche war komplett eingerichtet. Hier kann man auch mal bei Regenwetter einen Tag verbringen.
