On the third floor of a 4-story building and located 500 meters from the city center in a highly sought-after area overlooking Trestraou beach.

This apartment has a large living room of 25 m2 on balcony (convertible sofa bed "daily bedding" of 160x200), a bedroom with two 90x190 beds, a large dressing room adjoining the bedroom, a bathroom with bath, fitted and equipped kitchen, separate WC.

Household linen provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).

Lage-Lage_Lage: die Aussicht über Perros, die Küste und das Meer mit den Sept Iles ist traumhaft. Der Balkon ist groß, das Apartement ist geräumig und sehr gepflegt und gut eingerichtet. Christiane als Hausdame ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Location nur empfehlen, aber lasst uns noch etwas Zeit übrig, denn wir wollen wiederkommen. Rainer und Susanne

Un risque éventuel de bruit si des voisins sont indelicats, ce que nous n,avons pas constaté. Une hôtesse attentive qui vous donne des Tony aux restaurants les environs
