Maison bien située sur le bassin et très bien équipée. Jardin très agréable.

Un souci de nettoyage à notre arrivée, mais la villa est agreable. Le jardin est joli et bien situé pour profiter du soleil.
La Villa est bien placée pour visiter le cap ferret et le bassin d'arcachon.
Arès est un joli village,avec ses commercants et son marché.

Nous avons dû attendre longtemps pour la remise des clés sous une chaleur de 42 degrés avec plusieurs intervenants. Nous sommes partis le mercredi matin pour cause de maladie . La literie est d’un bon niveau mai les oreillers ne sont pas confortables Il n’en demeure pas moins que la maison est agréable même si le garage n’est pas exploitable et on doit noter que des insectes volants et rampants rentrent par une bouche d’aération dans une chambre. Le rapport qualité prix est discutable, les photos sont flatteuses.
