Pretty T3 renovated comfort: loggia dining room - TV lounge corner sofa - washing machines and dish machine - air freshener - large refrigerator + freezer - 2 bedrooms (one bed 140-3 beds 90) - parking place private - close to shops - 150 m from the beach - 10 minutes from the port on foot - the second and last floor of the building - very large beach in front of the OR Porquerolles Island Port Cros Islands and east of Fort still Brégançon place even in summer.

Nous avons loué du 5 au 11/09/2021. Appartement agréable, belle vue, bonne literie. Très proche de la plage et du port avec de bons restaurants. Je recommande vivement cette location. Merci à Martine pour son accueil à notre arrivée.

Logement identique à la description du site Abritel nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Attention si enfant en bas âge car surveillance non stop en étant au dernier étage. D ou la difficulté de tous aérée, nous avions parfois un peu chaud. Climatiseur portable pas top.

Bon accueil. Résidence bien située, à proximité de la belle plage de l'argentière. L'appartement est bien équipé. Le secteur est très calme. Le parking est fermé par un portail. Équipement à améliorer: le lit, le matelas est fatigué.

Cet appartement est idéalement placé, à deux pas des petits commerces et de la plage de l'Argentière. Un très bel accueil de la part de Mme Werner, cet appart ne manque de rien. Petit bémol pour le matelas double qui s’affaisse un peu au milieu, et il faudrait prévoir un rideau sur la fenêtre de la salle de bain, sinon rien à redire !!!

la location est très bien équipée à l'exception du manque de climatisation. Nous avons eu une semaine particulièrement chaude et l'absence de climatisation nous a empêché de dormir plusieurs nuits. Il faudrait au minima une tour/ventilateur par pièce ; le rafraîchisseur d'air étant très très bruyant et n'étant efficace que sur une seule pièce à la fois. Par contre, les équipements et jeux mis à disposition permettent d'alléger les bagages (jeux de raquettes, masque, tuba, palmes; tapis de plage, lave linge,...). La proximité des plages est également très appréciable. Super semaine dans une ville très agréable. A recommander.
