About this cottage rental
GITE 4 CH (10pers) + Dependence (2 pers) with supplement.
Old winery restored with private pool, heated from May, and outdoor hot tub with beautiful views of the village and the square tower of the imposing Gothic church. Its south facade overlooking the nearby vineyard.
Comfortable cottage, spacious, decorated with simplicity, in a quiet and peaceful hamlet close to the village, it is located in the heart of the vineyards near Bordeaux vineyards of St Emilion, Bergerac, the Monbazillac, Montravel, .. at the junction of three departments (Dordogne, Gironde, Lot and Garonne), near the tourist sites of the Périgord.
The house is renovated stone and exposed beams, a dining room with farm table can accommodate up to 14 people, it has a seating area, a kitchen, one of the entries dessert some rooms, a laundry room , separate toilet, one room has a loft with beds (2 + 2) for one person, 3 bedrooms with 140 beds, an annex for 2 persons can be added on request with bathroom and toilet kitchen (extra charge).
The land around the property is fenced, it is equipped with a gantry for children, a space built for petanque, a cabin ..
The outdoor terrace is fitted near the pool, the pool is fenced (terrace side access via a secure portal), the fence allows for monitoring swimming while being comfortable in the space of the garden. An electronic alarm is also available to the pool area.
The pool area has an outdoor shower and a separate toilet.
The jacuzzi lets spend evenings cooconning even when summer is gone.
Children are of course welcome, the cottage can provide 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 bath bb.
Pets are not allowed, to avoid disturbing nearby animals (cats, dogs, horses, goats, ..) which can be seen or sometimes cross.

Lieu parfait pour notre week-end entre amis et avec trois bébés. La maison en pierres est très fraîche, très bien isolée du bruit. Tout est parfaitement adapté pour les groupes. Bref, c'était idéal et nous comptons bien revenir l'année prochaine !

C'est vraiment un endroit à retenir, n'hésitez pas! C'est un environnement super sympa : le gîte est un ancien chais qui a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Le cadre est également magnifique avec la piscine, le SPA et la terrasse qui surplombe la campagne. Les chambres sont grandes, la literie conformable et le nombre de salle de bain idéal. La propreté est irréprochable et le matériel à disposition top (serviettes, torchons, draps, petits consommables (sels, huile, papier alu, éponge, liquide vaisselle...) et jeux extérieurs (boules, raquettes ping pong, frite pour la piscine...). Richard est également un hôte très sympathique et disponible qui nous a permis de rester toute la journée de dimanche car le gîte n'était pas loué après notre séjour. Le seul petit bémol concernait le voisinage : le gîte est dans un hameau à la sortie de la ville avec des voisins très proches, à partir de 23h, la fête doit se faire à l'intérieur. La pièce à vivre est suffisamment grande pour ça mais quand il fait chaud à l'extérieur, c'est toujours difficile de respecter le couvre feu....Un grand merci à Richard, on reviendra ! :-)

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce chais superbement aménagé en logement idéal pour 10 à 12 personnes. les extérieurs sont idéaux !! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
