Luxury apartment completely renovated in 2017, on the 3rd floor, in a Thai style residence with swimming pool, bar and garden. Ideal location in quiet and facing the sea overlooking the bay, yet close to the lively center of Patong. Ideal for family holidays or solo.
Apartment of 100 m2, including a beautiful terrace, living room, dining area, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets including 1 independent. The rooms are equipped with a queen size double bed and the other with 2 x 1 meter beds.
Sheets, towels and beach towels are provided and daily cleaning is included except Sundays.
The apartment has air conditioning, 2 safes, WIFI and TV in the living room and 2 bedrooms.
The residence has a guard 24 / 24h and a parking lot.
Airport transfer available on request.

Condo great great location only problem being made uncomfortable by owners of other condos think they own the whole complex sitting on lounger by the pool when an owner dragged a big heavy lounger across and slammed it next to me obviously i was sitting where he usually sits did not spend much time by the pool 8 days out of 2 months bar not opened was only opened when the head of the tennants association ok'd which was a Friday and Saturday evening only when he and his wife fancied a drink with their friends (other owners) so sad as the owners of the condo we rented were lovely soo clean and had everything we needed maybe some people need to be taken down a notch or two

Nous sommes restés 6 semaine à Kalim Rés. Les fotos et la présentation de l’apparmement sont conforme à l’annonce. L’ chambres e le balcon très bien situé et mobile.
Mme. Laurence et son aide Mme. Nuch sont très serviables, et disponibles.
On nous a manqué riens.
Les tuc-tuc, les magasins,la pharmacie, salon massage sont 1 min. a pied.
On doit savoir, che la rue devant la résidence est très fréquentée jour et nuit.
En tous cas nous avons passés un très bon séjour et on retourne sûrement . On racomande cette location.

Appartement très bien équipé dans une très belle résidence proche de pleins de commerces. Toutes les personnes avec qui nous étions en contact sont très serviables et très sérieuses.
Donc tout était parfait !!

Résidence propre et bien entretenue. Chambres assez spacieuses, de nombreux rangements et literies confortables. Terrasse très agréable au dessus des poissons (un petit bémol le petit coin à bordel des femmes de ménage). Très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui nous a donné beaucoup de renseignements et de conseils. Appartement conforme au descriptif. Ménage, changement des draps et serviettes fait tous les jours, la première semaine mais la seconde nous avons été obligé de réclamer. Les gardiens sont très serviables et gentils. Un grand merci à Milko et son équipe au bar de la piscine pour sa convivialité et ses précieux renseignements. En revanche une climatisation très bruyante dans une chambre (à revoir), la piscine (carrelage coupant au niveau des marches) et le wifi limité à 3 connexions simultanées.
