About this villa rental

Recent villa (2012) located in Canyeles (2km from Rosas) facing south, located about 900 meters (sloping road) from Canyeles beach, very quiet, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and separate wc on the 1st level . 2nd level: 1 large bedroom with bathroom + wc, (all beds are 160 cm + bunk beds in 90 cm in one bedroom) large living room (sea view from the living room) with American kitchen (central island, induction hob , Extractor hood, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, 2 fridge-freezers, Washing machine) opening onto large terrace with grill / plancha, paella ramp, outdoor furniture, table, armchairs, deckchairs, parasol, extended by salt electrolysis pool at the same level. Air conditioning in all rooms, WI FI, 55 inch TV (French, German, English channels ...) Elevator, disabled access. Closed garage. Optional end of stay cleaning (€ 100) optional household linen (sheets and towels) (€ 20 per person.) Household linen provided without additional charges for 2 weeks rental.

Fantastic property with all you need. Every type of utensils , condiments etc that you would require. The view is out of this world. It is a fantastic property in a beautiful location. I would recommend this property to anyone.
