About this apartment rental
Furnished one-bedroom apartment with sleeping loft for 4 people (2-star rating).
It consists of a living room/kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping area with two bunk beds, and a bathroom (toilet, shower, sink).
Central heating.
Amenities:
- TV (94cm flat-screen LED)/DVD/Wired or Wi-Fi Internet connection (free service).
- Oven, microwave, glass-ceramic stovetop, range hood, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.
- Free loan of a crib and/or high chair upon request.
An enclosed courtyard features outdoor furniture and 2 lounge chairs. The apartment is located 800 meters from the sea and close to shops.
Non-smoking rental.
PLEASE NOTE: Prices per night are valid only for very short stays (2 nights). Rates for stays between 3 and 6 nights available upon request.
The prices listed include utilities (water, electricity, heating) but exclude the tourist tax, which must be paid on-site upon arrival (€0.80 per adult per night).
Weekend rentals available only during the off-season: Rates upon request (rental begins Saturday at 12:00 PM). Friday check-in is possible at no extra charge only if the apartment is not already booked (please inquire on Wednesday to confirm availability).
Optional end-of-stay cleaning (€30); linens available for rent at €10 per person per week (sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, tablecloths, dish towels, etc.).
A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking; the balance is due upon key pickup along with the security deposit (€250).
We accept ANCV vacation checks, but only for direct bookings.

Nous avons passé une semaine en couple sans véhicule dans cet appartement et ce fut un réel plaisir. Les propriétaires sont très sympa, l'appartement est agréable et bien équipé. Les commerces sont vraiment tout près ainsi que la plage ce qui est loin d'être négligeable quand on est a pied. Merci pour tout.
