About this villa rental
Many guests were fascinated by the welcome of Villa Mediterre and by the richness of the historical, artistic and natural heritage of the Salento peninsula. Villa Mediterre has a lush Mediterranean garden, is very close to the most famous cities of art (Lecce) and at equal distance from the seaside resorts of the eastern (Otranto) and western (Gallipoli) coast. The 2 completely independent dwellings on the ground floor of the villa can accommodate up to 10/11 guests. The large residence is made up of three double bedrooms with a splendid view of the garden, a relaxation room (with the possibility of two additional seats), two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchenette with dining room. The house has an exclusive area in the garden equipped for the banquet.
Instead, the small residence has a double bedroom with a splendid view of the citrus grove, a bathroom with shower, a large bedroom with two single beds, an equipped kitchenette on the patio and an exclusive area for the convivial 'external.
The style of architecture is Mediterranean.
The rich vegetation, the magic of its colors and the tranquility of the villa, which is accessed via a private road, will favor a wonderful stay.
There are many relaxation areas in the garden, botanical garden, orchard and citrus grove with organic products, pine forest, solarium, outdoor shower, library, internet, TV, courtesy kit, hairdryer, washing machine, WI-FI, free outdoor and indoor car park. Gardening and domestic service on request.
Excellent also in winter, as it is equipped with heating and fireplace. A few minutes shops, boutiques, shopping centers, restaurants, spas, sports facilities, etc.

A lovely home with plenty of space and extremely friendly hosts. The owners left fresh fruit, snacks and drinks for us on arrival. They also brought cookies later in our stay. Our kids loved the grounds and meeting the pets. Very convenient to Lecce, surrounding towns and the beaches. We were concerned about no air conditioning, but the large windows and screens kept things cool and fresh even in late August. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends or family visiting this beautiful part of Italy! One note, the property is somewhat difficult to find, especially at night, so make sure you have good directions, the pin drop for VRBO was off by a few kilometers. Once we reached the owners on WhatsApp they guided us right in.

Stayed in September with my family, i will thoroughly recommend "Villa Mediterre".
Spotlessly clean, comfortable, lovely,very quiet room and the best place to enjoy the silence of the nature.Great to be so close to the seaside and the town center when needed.
Friendly and helpfully owner, Giovanna was taking care of us and satisfying our needs and requests.Having our breakfast served in the garden, was one of the things we really did enjoy. Delicious home made/organic products were offered - a variety of jams, fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden.
Would not look elsewhere to stay in Salento and would return again without hesitation. Terry.S
