About this villa rental
Villa F4 with 3 bedrooms which can accommodate 6 people. It is located in a quiet subdivision 100 m from the sea in the town of FRANCOIS in the South East of Martinique.
A 2 minute walk, you can go to the Marina and take advantage of the fishermen's services for excursions on the islets and eat a good blaff 'Kay Nono'.
Located 3 minutes from the town center where you can have access to various services (local market, medical center, shopping center, places of worship, etc.).
At 5 minutes you can visit the CLEMENT house.
We find 15 minutes from Aimé CESAIRE airport (City of LAMENTIN), the first beach in the South (VAUCLIN), 20 minutes from the capital FORT DE FRANCE, 25 minutes from TRINITE beach (North), 45 minutes from the others SAINTE ANNE beaches,.
We also have the beautiful rivers of SAINT JOSEPH (Coeur Bouliki), LORRAIN, GRAND RIVIERE for the Central and North Atlantic part.

Cette propriété est magnifique avec des équipements de haut standing. La propriétaire est adorable et a été au petit soin avec nous pendant tout le séjour. Il ne nous manquait absolument rien. Nous étions comme à la maison, même mieux encore. Le cadre est idyllique. Tout est à proximité. La piscine est magnifique. Et la propriété nous incite à revenir. On recommande à 1000/100.

Villa très agréable, spacieuse et bien équipée (SdB et Clim dans chaque chambre !). La propriétaire, Mme Ouisly est absolument charmante et nous a réservé un adorable accueil (Ti-punch, acras et pâté créoles à notre arrivée). La piscine est un véritable bonheur après une journée en excursion sur l'ile. La localisation de la villa permet facilement d'aller aussi bien au nord qu'au sud (avant les restrictions sanitaires covid !). Attention cependant il n'y a aucune plage au François, il faut donc prendre la voiture pour aller se baigner et les plages alentours étaient inaccessibles car couvertes de sargasses. Il fallait aller sur Tartane, Sainte Anne ou Le marin pour ne pas les avoir, ce qui n'était plus possible suite au confinement. La ville du François ne présente aucun intérêt en soit, la villa est donc à recommander aux personnes qui veulent parcourir l'ile.

La villa est conforme à mes attentes. L'endroit est calme et reposant; le voisinage est discret. La villa est bien ventilée et la climatisation est appréciable dans les chambres le soir.
Nicole , j'ai beaucoup apprécié ton pot d'accueil avec les spécialités créoles ( accras, pâtés, punch fait maison , ...). Merci pour ta discrétion et en même temps ton attention tout au long de mon séjour. C'était mon premier séjour dans cette villa; mais j'y reviendrai l'année prochaine.
Excellente qualité et prix très abordable.
A saisir pour des vacances en famille.
