About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment on the first floor, ground floor, bright, southwest exposure, beautiful view of the Prorel and Montbrison mountains, secure parking space and garage. Composed of a living room with American kitchen and large balcony, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds (+ a drawer bed). Sofa convertible into a 140 bed in the living room. Bathroom with bathtub. Very well equipped, WIFI, 80cm television with TNT, dishwasher and washing machine, smoke detector. Located 1000 m from the foot of the slopes: Prorel gondola:, with TUB (Briançonnais urban transport) stop outside the door. Located at the foot of the ramparts of the historic old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Shops 300m away in the famous gargoyle. possibility of renting sheets (10 euros per person).

Logement très bien placé et très bien équipé. Pour notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement nous ne sommes pas déçu. La seule chose qui manque à notre avis c’est un micro ondes.

El apartamento es amplio bien conservado ,bien equipado,calefacción independiente en cada cuarto,baño separado,cocina bien equipada(pero no tiene microondas),buena terraza con vistas y soleada,la parcela de garaje descubierta muy próxima a la puerta del apartamento muy cómoda,la comunicación para la entrega de llaves fue rápida,la ubicación del apartamento está cerca de la entrada baja de la ciudad amurallada.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet appartement bénéficiant d'un ensoleillement exceptionnel, proche de toutes commodités, entre haute et basse ville, avec vue sur les montagnes et suite à l'accueil d'Aurelie au top. Nous recommandons cette location.
