In Morzine, village resort of Portes du Soleil (650 km of slopes), one of the largest ski areas in Europe.
Studio 4 people on the 1st floor lift, open view on the village and the Pointe de Ressachaux. American kitchen, living room with TV, balcony equipped with furniture with panoramic view of the valley. Heated cellar and ski rack, table tennis table available, private parking space of the residence
Access to the slopes at 300 m, village center, shops, entertainment, 300 m. Direct access to the Morzine / Les Gets / Avoriaz ski areas.
Bed and bathroom linen can be provided.
A cleaning service is also possible.

This Property is not worth to rent, many things don’t work as should, noisy extractors, both doors front and balcony doesn’t close normally, shower holder broken, spider nets in corners but most important owners don’t say before and during rentals but we no allowed to keeping bikes inside so I not recommend this property for anyone

Excellent location, but my tired ski legs found it difficult walking back from Pleney. Ski storage area closets are open at the bottom so cant leave boots. Apartment was perfect, view amazing, good size terrace.

Good base for skiers

Good base for skiers

Everything worked well for our stay, communication, welcome on arrival, the calm and comfortable studio with sunny balcony, a proper sofa bed with wooden slatted base, lots of hot water, and the lovely view of the mountains. It is easy to walk to the Pleney lift. I recommend this apartment. Thank you Natalie, the concierge, for being there waiting for us, and for the good quality linen.

Great little studio close to town

Lovely little apartment about 5 min walk into town. With ski boots on around 10 min from pleney and slightly less to the super morzine .. easier still if hire a locker at pleney can do this when buy your ski passes online... which is a cheaper option too. Apartment comes with hob, microwave , raclette machine, fridge, tv, clock radio alarm, vacuum, hairdryer, some cards and games and coffee maker. A mini soap, shampoo and shower gel provided and we hired sheets, towels etc..Very easy check in with someone there to meet us on arrival we exchanged emails (me using google translate) to arrange time of arrival and just notified as we left geneva so it went really smoothly. Lockable ski and snowboard cupboard in the garage where u can also play ping pong if you travel with the bats! Sunny balcony in the morning was lovely. Sofa in lounge makes a comfy double bed and 2 min job to pop it back to a sofa in the morning... still enough room if you dont bother though. Kitchen has a little table that seats two comfortably. Retractable door through to the bunk beds and bathroom. Plenty of hot water for a bath... it's just a hand held shower attachment but its plenty powerful for an ok shower. 2 min walk from bec Jaune which is a nice apres bar and rotonde and chaudanne restaurants are v close. Supermarket down bottom of the hill (via back entrance). parking with the apartment too. Vouchers left in apt for 30% off ski hire but we found it cheaper to hire online before we arrived.

The main selling point is location its very close to town and both the super morzine and the pleney lift, an ideal apartment for a small family or four friends, the bathroom and kitchen could be updated but both are clean tidy and working, the chalet was lacking a kettle but water can be boiled on the hot plate stove, eating out is recommended with the available facilities but for what you pay for to stay here id certainly come again its a steal

Booked for myself and 2 sons but ended up on my own. The apartment has bunk beds and a pull out double in the living area. I think for 4 adults this would require you to be well organized in respect of kit and equipment, especially if bad weather leaves you with loads of wet ski gear. The kitchen has a hob and microwave but no oven so kind of dictates the kind of food you will prepare. The shower could do with a wall mount so you don't have to hold the shower head and wash at the same time. The apartment has a ski locker in the basement which is handy, and a side exit so you can get your gear on and go straight out. 5 mins walk to the Super Morzine lift or into town. There is a small Casino shop close by for morning bread etc. Good views from the balcony down the Valley Des Ardrosieres towards Avoriaz. The owner and agency who deal with keys etc were very helpful getting in and when leaving. The apartment block itself was very quiet ( over Xmas week) no problem with noise / parties going on etc. Would I go back? - yes, no worries there, I would happily take my 2 sons, but I think 4 would be a push, but not impossible.

This comfortable little studio was just the job for a week away - close to the Plenny Lift and short stroll to town - supermarkets d restaurants on the doorstep. Your will need to bring sheets and a couple of towels but hot water and comfy bed after a good day on the slopes and of course the apre!
