Le propriétaire du logement, monsieur Jean-Yves Lorieau est aussi discret qu'attentionné vis à vis de ses "invités". Contrairement à la dernière appréciation ayant eu lieu en ce même mois de juin 2022, à une grosse semaine d'intervalle, il n'y a pas tromperie sur la location. L'endroit est propre et il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Il suffit simplement d'amener des draps et des serviettes, le reste est à disposition, et il y a de quoi faire.
Assurément, une bonne adresse au très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Monsieur Lorieau was friendly and very welcoming. The location was great with everything within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped with Wi-Fi, microwave, cooker etc.
The apartment was not clean with dust, cobwebs, hairs (possibly dogs) etc. We had to clean when we arrived. There is also a lot of unnecessary clutter in the apartment. My sister planned to sleep on the sofa bed but couldn’t as she said it was very uncomfortable. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable.
It was a pity about theses issues as cleaning and removal of clutter could make a big difference.
