About this apartment rental
Located on the 1st floor of a small luxury building with elevator, the apartment offers beautiful volumes with a pleasant and bright living space. 10m2 terrace facing south, with open views not overlooked over the large park.
A private and secure parking space in the basement.
5 mins walk from beaches and shops
near the port of La Coudoulière:
Provencal bakery, fruit and vegetables, grocery store, newsagent, hairdresser, bar restaurants, fishing and diving equipment, pharmacy, medical office ...
Also at your disposal is a large closed foot plan room next to the garage entrance for storing bicycles, strollers, windsurfers, diving equipment ...
The apartment provides ample space with several storage spaces and three wardrobes in addition to its surface area.

Well-ventilated through apartment, south-facing terrace with plancha, two large comfortable armchairs and a table provided for 4 terracota-colored cutlery (not yet on the photo! ).
If you do not wish to use your vehicle during your stay it is possible! you can do everything on foot from the apartment.
However to visit our beautiful region I advise you to have a car that you can park in the shade and safely on the underground parking space reserved for you.
Note for your trips with family or friends that from the area offers you a choice of several bike paths depending on the desired direction.
For example, the 12 km long coastal circuit allows you to reach the Bruc or the beautiful fine sandy beach of Bonnegrace in complete safety.
(bicycle rental shops in the port of Coudoulière and in the port of Brusc).
Arrival times for your vacation can be flexible, I can adapt to your schedule constraints.

Your day access ticket will allow you to come and go freely from the swimming pool to the apartment throughout the day, and you will also be able to enjoy the area's three tennis courts and mini-golf free of charge.
The landscaped park of the domain (35 Hectares) offers great perspectives for walking, sport and relaxation for your vacation:
Running course under the big trees around the two lakes of the domain, children's play area, petanque, volleyball, ping-pong tables and authorized fishing.
Also on the edge of the domain: "Le Coudou- Parc" great adventure tree climbing adventure course for adults and children.
The Coudoulière beach located 200 m walk from the apartment is supervised and offers the possibility of practicing many water sports:
diving school, sea kayaking, paddle, water skiing, windsurfing and boat rental.
A cycle path from the residence quickly joins the beautiful wild coves of Brusc on one side and the large sandy beaches of Six Fours and Sanary on the other.
The estate and this apartment are the ideal starting points for an active and successful holiday.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Six fours sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist genau wie beschrieben oder eher besser, sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten, einen Wohn- und Essbereich mit moderner Küche und einen schönen geräumigen Balkon mit toller Aussicht auf die gepflegte Parkanlage. Verschiedene Strände mit kleinen Kieseln, klarem Wasser und tollen Schnorchelmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Magali und ihr Mann haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Ferienwohnung und auch den Ort selbst für einen Familienurlaub empfehlen.

Nice apartment in a perfecty maintained resort within walking distance of a pebble beach and daily shopping. The inventory list is due for an update. The beds are less suitable for nothern european guests. The Wi-Fi offered is terribly bad. Nevertheless it was a nice stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à Magali et son mari. Leur accueil ainsi que les échanges qui ont précédé notre arrivée ont été parfaits tant ils nous ont mis à l'aise. Nous avons eu l'impression de nous rendre chez des amis de longue date. Son appartement se situe dans une résidence parfaitement entretenue, calme et sécurisée, idéale pour un séjour en famille ou même en couple. Le logement est dans un parfait état, avec des équipements neufs et récents (four, plaques de cuissons, électroménager complet, vaisselle...) et d'une grande luminosité. Nous avons profité de la terrasse chaque jour, ce qui fut un vrai plaisir. L'appartement est parfaitement ventilé et il fait constamment une agréable température, même lorsque le thermomètre grimpe à l'extérieur.
Nous avons pu profiter de nombreuses activités au sein de la résidence (ballades, piscine, mini-golf...) et en dehors. Dépaysement garanti ! Une plage particulièrement propre et calme se situe à proximité immédiate de la résidence ainsi que de nombreux commerces (pharmacie, boulangerie, pizzeria...). Enfin, et ce qui n'est pas le cas dans toutes les résidences, une place de stationnement en sous-sol est prévue, ce qui permet de poser sa voiture en toute sécurité durant tout votre séjour.
Merci encore à Magali et à son mari de leur accueil, dont je recommande sans réserve leur bel appartement.

Dear Magali, Adrien and Gerard! Thank you for your hospitality! We loved everything in your apartment - clean, comfortable and stylish cozy design of apartments features. We had a full set of dishes, bed linen, towels and electric grill on the balcony (we used it every day for cooking fresh fish and meat at romantic dinners :)). Large balcony have an incredible views to the park with the lake. The apartment is very convenient in relation to the beaches - to the left pebble-stone with beautiful bays, to the right - sand. A half-hour walk along the seafront - grocery market. Supermarket Carrefour - 15 min walk away. This is an ideal place for families with children - 5 min walk to the park with cableways Coudouparc - Adventure courses in the trees. The location is well suited for travel along the coast - close to Toulon and then by trains to all directions. In your apartment, we had a great, very comfortable vacation! Thanks a lot, Ilya, Elena and Leo from Russia/Moscow.
