Vosges house from 1789 completely renovated, 3 STARS, on a plot of 900m2 with garden shed for ski biking etc., parking, terrace facing south.
It is located in a very quiet location, 500 m from the forest, where there are only 2 or 3 cars, 2.5 km from the city center.
Many hiking and mountain biking possibilities.(photos taken a few kilometers around the cottage)
except CHAMP DU FEU which is 35 km away, family resort.

ANDROS Trophy in February in St Diè des Vosges 15km away.
Ban sapt the garden of CALLUNES and a landscaped park that offers a multitude of plants and flowers diverse and varied.
In SENONES AND MOYENMOUTIER its famous abbeys.

The rental during school holidays is done only by the week.

Maison Jeanne has a large living room with a kitchen open to the fully equipped living room: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, 2 coffee makers, one of which has a pod. a fryer, a raclette service etc ...
A living room with a solid oak table, a sofa, an armchair, a flat screen TV, stereo, a DVD player and board games.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing accessories.
A bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.
2 large spacious bedrooms. , bed 140, pillow 60/60. A mezzanine with a sofa bed with wc upstairs. for 5 to 6 people. plus a cot, bath and high chair.
PETS NOT ACCEPTED.

Lovely gite beautifully maintained and set out. Good position with lovely views. In a very good area for exploring. Walks from the cottage. M and Mme Marchal very obliging and helpful. The gite lacks for nothing.

Beautiful cottage! Very spacious, clean and very well equipt even for a longer stay. In a very quiet setting and the owners very helpfull and kind. We fully reckommend this cottage.
