You enjoy a full panoramic sea view for this 2 bedroom duplex apartment T3 feet in the water, with direct access beach at 20m, without crossing any road.
You will spend a great holiday, lulled by the sound of the nearby waves.
The terrace offers a panoramic view facing Lavandou, Cap Nègre, while having your meals or a drink ....
In the living room you have table, 6 chairs, a very comfortable sofa, armchairs, an LCD TV with DVD player. Board games, books.
The kitchen, entirely renovated in 2011, has a 4-burner ceramic hob, a dishwasher, washing machine, 2 electric ovens and a microwave.
Half a floor above your 2 bedrooms with 5 beds (1x160, 1x90, 2x80). Separate WC. Bathroom.
Outside in the corridor, a cellar where you can store a children's stroller, bikes, suitcases, will be very useful.
The closed garage is individual on the ground floor of a building 100m away. New 2018: free wifi

This is an apartment in an ideal location with an excellent view from the balcony. You can walk into Lavandou in 15 mins or so and the Port is 5 mins in the other direction. Food shopping is easy with or without a car.
The apartment itself is very clean and very well equipped. The extra fridge in the utility room is especially handy.The balcony is fantastic! A large table and chairs is provided and you could spend hours sitting watching the boats, the water skiers, joggers etc 😊
There are a lot of very attractive beaches within a few minutes drive. We also went to Toulon and Hyeres the latter being particularly nice.
Mme Martin is an exceptionally nice person, very quick to reply to emails and thoughly pleasant. We thank her very much.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement au bord de la plage, calme et à l'abri du mistral. Vue de la terrasse sur toute la baie
