About this apartment rental
The Apartment is in a hilly area in the innerland (with sea view) super-quiet, with garden, gazebo and barbeque available. Apartment of 60 sqm newly restored, complete with double bed + sofa bed (max 4 pers.) There is an open space including living room and bedroom; and also a study room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Parking is available.
The apartment is equipped with many comforts, including TV 50 "with Netflix / TVsat, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, linens.
The area is rural, between mountains and sea. The place is surrounded by forests with possibility for hiking. The villages are caracteristics and displayed on the main road. Velva is a medieval village that is worth visiting.
A car is almost mandatory to reach the place. It can be done by feet or by bus, but this can bring to limitation in mobility. The road is wide and there are no access problems.

We stayed at the apartment for a week. Unfortunately it rained a lot but the apartment was great for the rainy weather. We cooked a lot, the kitchen is very well equipped. The common area can be used as an extended living room and we had aperitivo on the little “balcony” which is with a roof.
As well, we loved having a goat as a neighbour :)
Paolo was very helpful as always available.

We had an amazing time during our 3 Day stay.
The House is on Top of a Hill, and has an amazing view, the surrounding is quiet and the apartment very nice and clean.
Paolo and Iulia are very friendly and there for everything you need.
They also have two friendly Dogs and a Goat on their property, with whom we had a great Time.
I totally recommend this place if you like to relax and enjoy the silence.
