In the residential urbanization of Calafat, 150 meters on foot from a superb cove of sand classified blue flag, located in a quiet dead end and in the middle of a fenced and raised garden, the house is ideal for 8 to 10 people. Composed of three bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a large living room with wood stove and dining area, and a bathroom. The villa has an outbuilding with independent entrance consisting of two bedrooms, and a bathroom (wc / shower). The house has a safe, air conditioning, heating, wifi internet connection, Tv with satellite French TNT channels, DVD player, alarm, digital code on the front door, a gate with videophone and badges available (4). On a plot of 700 m2, the garden is fenced, planted and maintained. It has a slide, two swings for children, and a ping pong table. It also has a terrace with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue, plancha, as well as an outdoor shower. The nearest shops are 300 m away (bar, restaurants, mini-market), as well as a basketball court, a soccer field, paddle courts and and a small kindergarten. Villa ideally located for who looking for calm, the nearby beach and nature.

Samia was the perfect host - keeping in communication if needed. The location of the villa is perfect - 2 minutes walk to Calafat cove beach. I would highly recommend hiring a car or bringing your own vehicle as the local trains are hit and miss. It is possible to walk to the local town for shops but for a big group it is easier to load shopping in to a car.
The villa had great amenities for children - including paddleboard and table tennis. The outdoor shower is a joy! We would love to come back next year.

Due to illness, my wife and I were not there, but from what I hear from the children and grandchildren, the stay was successful.

This villa has everything you would need for your holiday including kilos, wet suits, tennis/volleyball nets all for you to use. It also has 5 bicycles to use (although 4 of these had flat tyres during our stay).
The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need. The area of Calafat is very quiet and peaceful.
The only thing that would have improved our stay is if the stairs to the roof terrace had a gate as we had a toddler and he kept climbing the stairs.
All in all this villa was great value for money and we had a lovely time here. The owners were also very quick to give back deposit after check out😃😃

We were met by the owners after a little difficulty in finding the place and were made very welcome.
The property was very well equipped, with games for the children and everything you need for a relaxing family holiday .
The beach is very close and not too busy, nice and safe for the children.
Everything was as we had hoped and would happily stay there again.
