Located 500m from the sea, in a beautiful residential area overlooking the cove of Restores This T1 35m2 and 50m2 garden are an invitation to spend a holiday in Provence .... This very new furnished (June 2012) to benefits "comfort / quality" qualified serious consists of: (i) a night area with separate children's bunk beds 90x200 cm (BULTEX mattresses) and a large cupboard ; (Ii) a bathroom with toilet and shower 80x120 with a low granite catcher for comfort; (Iii) a fitted integrated kitchen opening onto (iv) a living / dining room with a sofa (double bed 140x190 cm). The fitted bay window of his electric shutter ensures continuity between this living room and garden. Between sea and sky, the infinity pool of 60m2, its SPA and its beaches (regulated access) are shared in the quiet with the owners (no other tenant).

Max and Monique are the best! They give you such a welcome feeling to their beautiful property. Max gives good advice for nice things to see. The stay is fully autonome. Beautiful location, swimming pool with view to the sea. Great location for a lot of little beaches. Train to Marseille is also a nice trip with coastal view. The house itself was nice, good kitchen fully equipt. We will definitely return!

If you are looking for the perfect location , accommodation and helpful property manager look no further. Max & Monique have created a wonderful holiday apartment in the perfect quiet and picturesque setting. All facilities in the apartment are first class. The garden , outside dining and barbecue area are private and quiet with a large infinity pool that has beautiful views over the sea just steps away. Max and Monique are so helpful and kind- we cannot recommend this property enough. Best wishes Nige and Mark

Nous tenons sincèrement à remercier Max pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son hospitalité. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en couple dans le calme et dans un cadre idyllique. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez un ami. Max est très chaleureux, respectueux, ouvert d’esprit, agréable, à l’écoute, il a à cœur de faire de votre séjour un pur bonheur. Il respecte votre intimité et reste très discret durant votre séjour. Il donne de très bons conseils à l’arrivée pour les visites, l’appartement est propre, très bien équipé, la literie est confortable, tout était parfait. Le jardin est spacieux et très joli, le barbecue est de qualité. La piscine est également très propre et grande, température parfaite, le + est vraiment la merveilleuse vue sur la mer et les palmiers. En plus de la piscine, vous avez un jacuzzi à disposition pour vous détendre en plein air. Le logement est également très bien situé, tout est à proximité : les calanques, les plages, de bons restaurants, et la ville de Marseille pour les visites. Nous recommandons Max à 200%, et avons hâte de revenir.
