In a luxury building, near avenue de Gaulle, rent a bright apartment for three people (42 m²), 4th floor with lift, southwest exposure, comprising:
- living room and bedroom on 8 m² terrace facing the sea (a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, very good condition, 165 cm TV + computer, ADSL box and decoder),
- equipped American kitchen (fridge, vitro hob, multifunction microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher),
- separate entrance with wardrobe,
- bathroom with shower, vanity unit, WC, towel radiator,
- garden furniture - deck chair - electric barbecue,
- private parking, bicycle storage.
Tariffs according to period from 600 € to 930 €.
Online payment: 50% on booking, 50% on arrival.
Deposit: 1000 € preferably by check, not cashed, payable on arrival and handed over at the exit after inventory.
Sheets and towels available: 40 € package.
Possibility of cleaning: 60 € package.
According to request, possible change of the arrangement of the furniture.

Très bel appartement, très propre, très bien meublé, très bien orienté, près de tous commerces. Propriétaire très accueillante, disponible. Par contre, pour une personne handicapée en fauteuil roulant, cet appartement manque d'espace et accessibilité à la douche.

J'ai apprécié l'accueil à la gare pour une découverte de la ville et le transport des bagages.
L'immeuble est très bien tenu et l'appartement d'une propreté irréprochable. Eau fraiche au frigo , produits ménagers fournis. Rien ne manque . Je ne peux que recommander.
