In the beautiful bastide of Domme, cottage ***

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen in diesem gemütlichen alten Dorfhaus und uns wunderbar erholt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, insbesondere der verwunschene kleine Garten (nahezu uneinsehbar) ist ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort. Die Lage im Dorf ist sehr ruhig und am Rand, hier kam nur ab und zu einmal ein Tourist vorbei. Sehr vorteilhaft ist der Anwohnerparkausweis. Ohne diesen wäre die Parkplatzsuche mühsam. Im Haus gibt es kein Wlan, das haben wir anfänglich vermisst. Geht aber auch mal gut ohne. Einen Hinweis zum Bett haben wir: die Länge ist 190cm. Uns hat es aufgrund unserer Größe nicht gestört. In Domme gibt es nach unserem Geschmack wenig gute Restaurants (Cabanoix und La Rode) hier sollte man reservieren und die frühe Schließung beachten -Küche bis max. 21 Uhr. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Lieben Dank an die Vermieterin Saskia.

This house made our stay in Domme perfect. The location was nice and peaceful but still within the village. Out of season the village was very quiet after 6pm, which could be an issue, however, coming back to such a nice, relaxing property did not make you feel you were missing out. The conservatory in particular was great as the weather wasn't quite warm enough to sit outside, but in there you could still experience the beautiful outdoors. The house had modern decor but still retained its traditional character. It was kept to a high standard and was spotless. The house had plenty of room and felt very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was excellent and having an additional toilet upstairs was handy. Additionally, the residents parking permit made for easy and accessible parking in such a small village where parking is a premium and can cost. We would not hesitate to book again if we return to the area.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison. Bien située, au calme dans un magnifique village, point de départ idéal pour visiter la région. A recommander !
