We rent all year round for the week or short stay. Our private hot tub is at 37 ° and is at your disposal.
Ideally located 500m from the sea, our accommodation will offer you a stay of rest, discovery and relaxation. It enjoys a good sunshine.
It is part of a small condominium of nine houses, in a quiet area near bike paths and coastal trails

- 2 bedrooms with wardrobe - Room 1 1 bed 160 + washbasin / mirror - Room 2: 2 beds 90 - Pillows + protection, mattress + protection, duvet, blanket
- 1 bathroom shower 90 * 90, sink (washing machine, dryer) - hair dryer - iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner
- independent WC,
- 1 large terrace: garden furniture, parasol, deckchair, chilienne, barbecue -SPA with outdoor shower.

- Our rental is planned for 4 people, but we are open to any request to accommodate more people if needed. We have new bedding of good quality for 6 people
- If you want a stay of conviviality, of relaxation, (week or weed-end) between friends or family, then profit from a good report quality / price, (thus to see 3 couples), and thus to benefit of our SPA.
- For young children, ask us for equipment (free)

The accommodation must be left clean (dishes cleaned and stored, bed (s) undone (s), refrigerator cleaned, bathroom,

We have just stayed for 8 days, and only wish we could have stayed longer. This lovely villa was absolutely perfect for us three (2 adults and our 12 year-old autistic son). It is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk to amenities, to a lovely sandy beach and to cycling and walking trails. Notre-Dame de Monts is a couple of minutes away with the car (30 min walk if you feel courageous in the morning to go get some well-deserved croissants!), St Jean de Monts about 5 minutes away. You’ll find anything you need in the villa, the kitchen is very well-equipped, the beds are super comfy. The terrace has got the sun almost all day long, and the hot tub is certainly the icing on the cake. Communication with the owners was so easy, and meeting them in person was fabulous: lovely and genuine people. Merci Nadine et Gilles pour nous avoir permis de rester chez vous. A bientôt!

Des gens adorables vous accueillent et vous rentrez dans une maison... propre, totalement équipée et jolie... on s’y sent bien de suite!
Même en hiver, le jacuzzi et la nature environnante vous permettent de vous déconnecter et d’apprécier grandement les quelques jours que vous y passez...
Je vous recommande cette maison maison car c’est « une petite bulle de bonheur »...
