About this apartment rental
Comfortable, bright and functional 2 bedroom apartment with swimming pool on Los Arqueros Golf - near Marbella and Puerto Banus beaches. Wifi broadband connection (300MB).
Our apartment, 4/5 people, is +/- 45 minutes from Malaga airport (or Gibraltar) and more precisely to El Lago on the Golf Los Arqueros (Benahavis). It is comfortably furnished and is very luminous as far as it is through. The floor is in marble and the finishes are of high quality. The air conditioning (reversible in winter heating) is in all the main rooms (bedrooms, living room, dining room). The rooms also have ceiling fans (for those who do not like the airco). Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living / dining room with access to a small terrace (20m²) facing south, with an outdoor lounge where you can enjoy The calm of the residence. A staircase leads from the small terrace to a terrace / solarium on the roof (80 m²) which has a beautiful verdant view. This space has a solarium zone equipped with sun beds, an outdoor lounge and a pergola under which is a dining table for 6 people. True piece of life! At the Costa Del Sol we live outside!
At the bottom of the stairs, you will find a cupboard in which there is beach equipment at your disposal: beach beds, parasols, mattresses and inflatable buoys, ... This closet can, if you wish, be transformed into an outdoor bed ( the big ones can take naps there, the intrepid little ones like to spend their nights there)
The apartment is equipped with a free high speed 300 Mb WIFI, two flat screen TVs, 2 DVD players (many DVDs at your disposal), board games, ...
The master bedroom, located on the golf side, allows you to enjoy serene and quiet nights. It is equipped with a double bed for 2 people, 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers, shutters. It has its own bathroom / shower with washbasin, wc and bidet. It also overlooks the small terrace.
The second bedroom has two twin beds (plus a third one foldable under one of the two beds), 2 bedside tables, 1 chest of drawers and 1 closet equipped with a small safe.
The second bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a bath / shower, a washbasin and a WC, a first aid kit.
The apartment is rented beds made upon arrival. In addition, bath and beach towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped (1 refrigerator with freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nesspresso coffee machine, 2 electric planchas, 1 toaster, 1 kettle, 1 citrus press, utensils And dishes in sufficient number, 1 mixer robot, etc. Basic products (salt, pepper, ...) and household products (sponge, dishwashing liquid, ...) at your disposal.

The appartment was lovely, great size, lots of areas to sit as a family or spread out and all enjoy our own time. The pool is literally across the way and there is a restaurant within walking distance which was a plus. Pool was great size and never too busy. The whole area was nice and felt very safe. We had an amazing time and would recommend to families wanting a relaxing time with the options of san pedro, puerto banus and marbella close by to enjoy the busier side of spain.

The property has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Set in beautiful surroundings the outdoor space is amazing with super views. Thank you for letting us stay in your home and look forward to use it again.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. L’appartement est très confortable et plus que bien équipé. La présence des moustiquaires sur les fenêtres est un plus ! Cela permet de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes sans être incommodé. Le petit lit sous la moustiquaire à l’extérieur est un délice ! Les enfants ont dormi dedans la 1ère nuit et j’ai fait de même plusieurs fois. Le meilleur dans cette location est la grande terrasse avec le BBQ et le petit salon sur la 1ère terrasse permet de boire son café le matin. Les 2 piscines sont très bien aussi. Peu fréquentées avec une eau à bonne température.
Geneviève est une interlocutrice très disponible et nous avons eu un excellent relationnel avec elle.
Je conseille vivement cette location vous pouvez être sûrs de passer de bonnes vacances. L’emplacement permet de découvrir Ronda, le vieux Marbella et ses plages nombreuses, Estepona et ses plages.

Wir hatten sehr schöne drei Wochen in Los Arqueros. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und verfügt über eine große Sonnenterrasse mit Rundumblick. Auch die Kommunikation mit Genevieve verlief reibungslos. Gerne wieder!
