About this villa rental
Magnificent villa in Manacor with private pool, where 6 people find a second home.
This villa has a very well maintained and landscaped exterior, which includes a wonderful chlorine pool of 10m x 4m, and 0.50m to 2m deep, with child protection and outdoor shower. It is surrounded by a large lawn area and there is a tennis court. Next to the pool, there is a chill-out area perfect for a refreshing drink. There is a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious pizzas or an exquisite dinner prepared on the barbecue, and enjoy it in a wonderful porch that gives access to the house.
This two-storey house has on the first floor, a unique and beautiful living room with fireplace and satellite TV, open to the dining room and the gas kitchen. A bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, two more bedrooms with wardrobe and air conditioning, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower. For the summer, there are two fans and, when it gets too cold, even two radiators. If you are travelling with babies, we can provide two cots and two high chairs. There is a separate area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house is situated in a rural and agricultural area of Manacor, and just 2 km from the Golf Reserva Rotana for golf lovers. In the centre of Manacor, you can not only go shopping, but also try traditional Mallorcan food in one of the excellent restaurants. Being located very close to the Ma-3322 road, you can easily access different beaches, such as the beach of Porto Cristo, Cala Magrana, Cala Romántica or Calas de Mallorca, among others. We recommend you to visit the famous Caves of Drach.

Lovely villa in a quiet location but central to many of the islands attractions. Great pool and tennis court. Added bonus of fresh fruit from the trees. Plenty of shade when needed. The owner was very attentive.

The Hosts were absolutely lovely! Dreamy villa. Air con in bedrooms. The pool is perfect. My friends and I had the best time and would definitely recommend.

Ubicado a unos 5 min. de Manacor en coche, esta excelente villa hace pasar un momento súper agradable. Lugar ideal para familias o en grupo, se encuentra en una zona rural pero con muy fácil acceso. Ideal para salir del estrés del trabajo, de las grandes ciudades y de los hoteles masificados e impersonales. Tiene una piscina súper buena, un lugar para hacer barbacoa, una pista de tenis privada, wifi, lavadora, lavavajillas y sobre todo, tranquilidad, mucha tranquilidad! También dos baños con ducha, una abajo y otro en la planta alta. Tiene tres habitaciones, dos de ellas con aire acondicionado y la otra con ventilador. Por ponerle un pero me hubiera encantado que esa habitación tuviera también aire acondicionado. Pero aún así esta villa no pierde su encanto! Algo que apreciamos mucho son los árboles Que rodean la casa, brindan una sombra deliciosa que combinado con la brisa, hacen de la siesta una experiencia maravillosa! Destacar además la acogida de Joan, su propietario. Afable y conversador nos recibió de maravilla! En fin, esta villa que nos acogió en nuestras vacaciones de Julio del 2019, la recomendamos mucho, sin lugar a dudas!
