In the splendid town of Pescoluse, very renowned for its golden and sandy beaches, we find a beautiful villa with trullo and panoramic sea view. The villa has externally a private internal parking in front of the house, a large garden with vegetable garden and a very comfortable terrace with sea view equipped to enjoy outdoor relaxation. The villa has a spacious living room with TV and sofa bed, all taken care of in the smallest detail, in order to make your stay pleasant. In this room there is also the kitchen, new and equipped with every tool to prepare tasty summer dishes. Here, as in all the other rooms of the villa, the windows are new and all have mosquito nets. Continuing along the corridor where the air conditioning is located, there are the two bedrooms and a characteristic trullo equipped with a large sofa, ideal for fresh relaxation thanks to its thick walls. Finally, the bathroom with every service, with shower and washing machine. The villa also has a large brick barbecue for good and tasty grills and an outdoor shower, ideal for returning from the sea.
The beach can be easily reached on foot in less than 5 minutes, as well as the center of the town; furthermore, always within a few hundred meters you will find many useful services, including: restaurants; ice cream parlors; pizzerias; bars; newsstands; minimarkets; tobacconists; fishmongers; etc.
For all other services such as banks, post offices and supermarkets we recommend Morciano di Leuca just 4 km from Pescoluse-Torre Vado.
Towels/bed linen are available on request at a cost of EUR 15 per person.

Extra cost for air conditioning is 7 EUR per day to be paid directly on arrival.
