Cot, high chair, small bathtub. Large covered terrace on private, tree-filled and enclosed garden. The presence of pets is to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Parties are not allowed without the prior agreement of the owner.
A deposit check (not cashed) of € 500 will be requested upon arrival and returned to you upon departure.
The new calculation of the tourist tax (01/19 of the TCO) is 5% of the price of the night / occupant, its amount therefore varies according to the number of occupants and cannot be higher than 2.30 € / adult / night. Those under 18 are not taxed but are taken into account in the calculation of the night / occupant. I hope my explanation is clear enough for those with bad math like me .......
