About this apartment rental
In a 3 * tree-lined and secure residence with outdoor swimming pool (Mai-September), this air-conditioned T3 bungalow has 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed, cupboards and shower room + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Living room with TV, dining room and fitted kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood), bathroom (bath) with heated towel rail and separate WC. The 20m² terrace without vis-à-vis and the private garden overlook a green area around the swimming pool, secure for children. Private parking, children's playground, tennis, pétanque court ...
In Carro, there is no tumult from the major seaside resorts! But rather the calm and simplicity of a fishing village that will delight nature lovers. The charm of a small but still active fishing port, lulled by the accents of the south and the song of the cicadas. Its fish market, very popular in the region, is a feast for the eyes and the taste buds.
See also the career of Baou Tailla. An ancient quarry, on the edge of the water, which allows diving on board and which adepts love to borrow via a siphon which sends them deep.
On the Beach side: about 300 m (10 min on foot) the Calanque de Carro. Small but calm with crystal clear waters (showers and first aid station), 300 m from the wild beach with waves (kite surf spot) and about 2 km from the large Verdon Beach at the entrance to the village which is the largest all over the Blue Coast with restaurants, ice cream parlors, showers and pedalos. Paid access parking during the summer, also accessible to people with reduced mobility (ready during the summer for amphibious tiralos, seahorses, etc.).
5 min: bakeries, mini-market, hairdressers, restaurants are nearby in the center of the village and the small typical port of Carro. Fish market every morning and Provencal market on Wednesday and Saturday morning 300m from the apartment

Wir waren Anfang Juni zu viert in der schönen Ferienwohnung und die Anlage war noch angenehm leer, sodass der Pool nie überfüllt war. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen kleinen Garten. Es waren zwei sehr angenehme Wochen.

Eine klare Reiseempfehlung. Die Anlage besteht aus verschiedenen Häuschen und Appartements. Das Highlight sind ganz klar die beiden Pools, die ab April offen und beheizt sind. Zu Fuß erreicht in wenigen Gehminuten entweder das Meer, den Strand, einen tollen Wanderweg oder das kleine Fischerörtchen Carro. Hier gibt es einen wahnsinnig leckeren Bäcker, bei dem sich der Ort immer morgens mit Croissants und Baguettes eindeckt. Zusätzlich gibt es einige Restaurants, die neben Pizza und Pommes für die Kids auch leckere und frische Muscheln und Fisch anbieten.
Wir hatten einen Mietwagen mit dem man in einer halben Stunde in Marseille und in einer dreiviertel Stunde in Aix-en-Provence, der "schönsten Stadt Frankreichs", ist. Ganz in der Nähe der Anlage ist in wenigen Autominuten der Plage de Verdon zu erreichen - ein herrlich großer Strand in einer Bucht mit flachem Wasserzugang, Gastronomie und Sanitäranlagen.
Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und daher eine ganz klare Reiseempfehlung für Familien.

logement - résidence et piscine très bien.
à 2 pas du petit port de Carro.
manque juste une presse et la plage devrait être mieux entretenue.
si il n' y avait pas ces 2 derniers points j'aurai mis une étoile de plus.
