the price is low and attractive....but I would like to know who gave this apartment 2 stars, because it is only equipped with used furniture and certainly recovered in or on second-hand markets. We stayed more than 4 days without being able to take a shower (the tap was broken!). I have photos of this studio at your disposal. only the bed mattress seemed recent!! I'm not talking about the air conditioning which works like a tractor!!! we will never come back here.

Excellent accueil. Correspond au descriptif. Fonctionnel et bien équipé. Literie impeccable. Proche du centre ville, de la gare, des bus et des commerces. Bien exposé avec le soleil le matin et l’ombre le soir. Immeuble calme. Seul bémol… la rue est très passante et du coup bruyante, obligeant à garder les fenêtres fermées. Une climatisation serait un plus 😎

Appartement bien situé, à proximité des commerces, ensoleillé le matin ce qui permet des petits déjeuners sympas. Agréable accueil avec prise en compte du changement de température et mise à disposition d'une couette plus chaude plus conseils des visites à faire. A recommander.

Bonjour Mme Biniek, Le séjour s'est très bien passé, nous avons visité Aix les bains, et Annecy et ce fût un agréable week-end. Le studio est très bien équipé, et idéalement situé en plein centre ville. Pout le stationnement gratuit, plus bas au niveau de la gendarmerie c'est gratuit. Merci pour votre accueil, au plaisir de vous revoir. Je recommande sans problème. Bonne journée.

L'ensemble de la prestation correspond au descriptif initial, donc correct, sauf que le canapé-lit est d'une qualité plutôt médiocre, ( grinçant et bombé) incompatible avec un juste repos. Dommage!

L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est bien équipé et permet de profiter pleinement des vacances. Il est bien placé au centre ville et proche de toutes les commodités. Des places de parking gratuites sont disponibles à 2 minutes. La literie est par contre de qualité moyenne et nous empêche de mettre 5 étoiles. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce studio et la propriétaire est accueillante et sympathique. Nous recommandons cette location pour des séjours calmes et reposants.

J'ai passé 5 jours à Aix les Bains et j'ai beaucoup apprécié ce séjour. L'appartement se trouve en centre ville, pas loin de la gare SNCF et de toutes les commerces. Le studio est très agréable et fonctionnel. Il y a tous ce qui faut sauf le Wifi. Je recommande!

Leuke studio in hartje Aix Les Bains. Schoon en prima locatie. Kleine minpuntjes: het toilet moet gerepareerd worden (waarschijnlijk al gedaan !) en helaas geen wifi ! Kortom: aanrader !
