About this house rental
Quiet, in Soustons, house to rent to discover our region.
The city center is close (500m), the lake and the beach too (1km and 4 kms)!
This rental includes a dining room - kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, ...), a bedroom with a large bed, a bathroom with shower (and washing machine) - toilet, a garden privative with barbecue and living room of garden. Possibility to provide a cot.
In your luggage, do not clutter with sheets and towels .. everything is provided.
You can enjoy the pool and sun all day ... sunscreen and biafine not provided!
Pets are welcome and can enjoy the fenced garden (but not the swimming pool ...
You will gladly share our garage for your bikes, if you have decided to give your stay a sporty twist (many bike paths).
We prefer payment by check (deposit and balance) .... best financial solution for you as for us! We will send you a rental agreement.

Sympathique, agréable, beau jardin, piscine partagée (mais nous avons toujours été seuls dedans ) proprio très serviable

Notre séjour s'est parfaitement déroulé. Les hôtes ont été plus qu'accueillants avec nous, allant même jusqu'à nous aider pour notre voiture qui faisait des siennes.

Hemos estado 10 días con dos perros y ha sido perfecto para descansar. Es muy tranquilo, tiene todas las comodidades para hacer una estancia larga y está todo cerrado alrededor de la casa y el jardín, por lo que si vais con perros o niños no hay peligro si están en el jardín. Además es una casita dentro de la finca de la casa principal de la familia, pero está separada y hay mucha intimidad. El coche se puede aparcar en la misma puerta que da al jardín, muy cómodo.
Hicimos uso de la lavadora, la barbacoa y la cocina más de una vez, todo en buen estado. Hemos estado cuando aún hacía frío pero dentro de la casa siempre hemos estado a temperatura agradable con los radiadores que hay en cada estancia.
Está a un paseo corto del centro de Soustons y del lago, es una zona preciosa arbolada y muy verde. Es muy residencial pero el centro tiene bastante vida y la playa queda a unos 15 minutos en coche.
Adeline estuvo pendiente de lo que necesitamos y nos comunicamos en inglés, ya que su madre solo habla francés y nuestro francés es muy limitado.
