Well equiped Kitchen, good strong shower TV strange, started out all in French stations and then turned into all German programmes with just Sky News sometimes would appear ? Bizarre ! Beach nearby but a longer walk and down a cliff to get to it The owners live in house next door, older couple and very quiet, very nice people. The larger property attached to this one was empty the week we stayed so no noise but if a family with children were there then the noise would be apparent as the garden is just seperated by a small fence and you share the washing machine and dryer with next door in the attached garage. for us it was very quiet but beware screaming playing kids could be next door when rented out to a family But a good stay. bit of a hike across the footbridge into town and up hills so if you have a walking problem like i do then beware getting into town by foot otherwise use the car

Quiet, comfortable and well equipped

The owners are lovely - not a word of English between them but we got on well. The property is perfect and Le Conquet is a pretty little sleepy town with plenty of eating places. The beaches are gorgeous and there are quite a few places of interest to visit quite nearby. Cannot comment on tv as we didnt use it. The wifi wasnt always reliable but we didnt find that a problem. Parking in the town is in the blue zone system so you need to buy a disc (available at the Spar) but perfect area for keen walkers. I think the villa would be too small for more than 4 people but it is well equipped.

Couple avec 1 enfant de 3 ans et un bébé de 2 mois. Maison de plain pied et très bien équipée, parfait avec des enfants. Situation idéale entre mer, centre ville et ria pour aller pêcher à marée basse. Recommandée !!

La maison est très agréable et idéalement située entre la plage et le centre du Conquet. Tout est accessible à pied. Le centre du Conquet se rejoint par une passerelle piétonne pleine de charme. On pet faire de longues ballades côtières au départ de la maison. La maison elle-même est clartive et agréablement chauffée (chauffage au sol). Nous en sommes à notre deuxième séjour tellement ce lieu nous a été agréable. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Je recommande !

Wir haben 14 wundervolle Tage in Le Conquet verbracht. Das lag mit an der schönen Unterkunft, die vor allem durch ihre fast nicht zu toppende Nähe (3 Minuten entspannter Fußweg) zum bei Ebbe 2,5 km langen Sandstrand überzeugt. Das Haus enthält alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer ist sehr gut. Im Wohnzimmer sind die Bezüge der Sessel fleckig und haarig, die sollten dringend gewechselt werden. Das Internet läuft sehr instabil, es gab Tage ohne Netzempfang. Die Vermieter – ein älteres Ehepaar – sind nett, allerdings ist eine Verständigung nur auf Französisch möglich. Sie sprechen kein Wort Englisch. Die Entfernung zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten beträgt zu Fuß mind. 15 Minuten. Es ist ein schöner Weg, aber es geht immer wieder auch bergauf. Wer wie wir ohne Auto anreist, hätte bei schlechtem Wetter ein Problem. Schlecht war die Zusammenarbeit mit der örtlichen Agentur, die im Portal als „Vermieter“ erscheint. Wir hatten als Zusatzleistung Bettwäsche und Handtücher gebucht und das Geld dafür vorab extra überwiesen. Die Agentur hatte die Überweisung nicht korrekt verbucht. Trotz dieser Mängel können wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Le Conquet liegt landschaftlich äußerst reizvoll, ist ein unaufgeregter, freundlicher Urlaubsort mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und die Natur ist einfach grandios.

Le gîte est exactement conforme aux photos de présentation, la literie est très confortable, la maison très lumineuse, très bien équipée, à quelques centaines de mètre de la plage des blancs sablons. Les propriétaires chaleureux, discrets et de bons conseils. A recommander sans aucune hésitation! Seul petit bémol (surtout si vous voyagez avec un ado) la connexion internet n'est pas toujours très sable.

Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance ainsi que leur présence discrète( ils habitent la maison juste à côté ). Un logement tres bien pensé , tres calme , moderne, disposant d'un équipement complet et d'un emplacement idéal . À deux pas de la grande plage des blancs sablon et des sentiers côtiers d'un côté et de la passerelle du croaé qui permet de se rendre au Conquet de l'autre , la voiture n'est nécessaire que pour les visites plus éloignées,c'est pratique et reposant . Le Conquet est une jolie petite ville où il ne manque pas grand chose, magasins très sympa ou il y a de quoi dénicher des cadeaux où se faire plaisir , plusieurs boulangeries et autres commerces sans oublier le marché ou l'on peut trouver des producteurs locaux et bio. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et avons pu faire de belles randonnées avec un beau soleil en prime et nous recommanderons chaudement cette location à nos amis et famille . Ce gîte est spacieux, clair, bien décoré et très calme. Les propriétaires logent à côté, ils sont discrets et charmants. L'agence immobilière locale qui gère la location est très efficace. Il est très bien situé : le conquet centre est à quelques km en voiture et à 10 mn à pied par la passerelle, petite ville charmante avec une excellente boulangerie presque en face d'artisans bijoutiers d'art de grande qualité, commerces... Le restaurant Le Hangar est à conseiller déco simple excellente cuisine de la mer à très bon prix. À 5 mn à pied du gîte les grandes plages de sable avec ses surfers, sans vagues dangereuses. On s'y est même baignés certes en combinaison car l'eau est un peu fraîche début octobre. Splendides balades sur les sentiers des douaniers avec vues merveilleuses. Magnifiques couchers de soleil. Et par chance un temps splendide souvent chaud et sans vent et 8 jours sans pluie. .. qui dit que le temps est médiocre ici? Très belles promenades à faire dans les alentours en voiture. Agréable en vélo même si ça n'est pas très plat les côtes ne sont pas trop longues. Bref on a été séduits par ce coin de Bretagne qu'on ne connaissait pas ! Nous conseillons sans réserve Hervé et Régine
