About this house rental

This is a ground-floor house dating from 1717 (as it can be seen written on the old chimney over the front door).
It is in family since many generations and Then Were born here.
The house was rebuilt in 2016 but the first structure was preserved, so it looks like a rural typical village house of the nineteenth century, but is equiped with modern commodities, such as, microwaves, TV, WI-FI, linen, dishes, cups , kitchen utilities, etc. We call your attention to the magnificent antique vaults of the rooms.
Our house is situated in the center of the village, near restaurants, supermarket, cafes, cinema, theater, etc.
We enter the house through the hall the walls of Which are covered with antique tiles and a marble floor worked.
There are 2 bedrooms and the Possibility of a third one, occupying one of the rooms que has only some pieces of furniture and where the sofa for guests can be rapidly installed. The beds are old pieces of handwork made in cherry wood and mogahony. In each bedroom you have a sofa que Enables reading or relaxing.
There is one bathroom with a bath, one sitting room with TV (145 channels) and WI-FI., A dining room, an equiped kitchen, two pantries (a big one and another smaller).
In an inner yard you hav and fouled a small barbecue, an ancient cascade made of shells (see picture) where there are some red fish together with a modern glass table for picnics. It is a perfect place for a drink at the end of the day.
This house was built acording to the traditional building art. The walls are very dick (there are pieces of furniture inside Them (at the dining room, for instance) so it is never too hot or too cold inside the house.
We dont have air conditioned because it is not Necessary, so we do not want to Contribute to spoil the planet. The walls are dick and we use the traditional heating devices and refreshing.

Our place may be interesting for couples, families with children or someone who wants to write a book alone or live an adventure inside the heart of countryside.
Pets are welcome under some conditions
The countryside is one hundred meters away. However you can use public swimming pools, the public library with free Wi-Fi, the Cultural Centre with theater and an eco-way.
There are important towns nearby with palaces, castles, megalithic monuments and querries.
Évora, Vila Viçosa, Estremoz, Monsaraz, Elvas, Alandroal, Jeromenha, are some of the places que deserve a visit.
Spain is only 80 km away and Lisbon 130km.

Wir waren hier bei 26 Grad in einer stets angenehm kühlen Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Ganz im alten portugiesischem Stil mit Innenhof. Parken vor der Haustür. 2 Supermärkte in der Nähe. Küche und Bad tip top.

Très grand et bel appartement et très bien situé au coeur d'une région riche en découverte. On y est resté une journée de plus que prévu. La propriétaire est très disponible et discrète. Appartement très propre et bien équipé. On était 2 mais on aurait pu être facilement 4 personnes. On peut se fier à la description de l'annonce. Je vous le recommande très fortement.
