About this apartment rental
- Alcove: 110 m² duplex located in the "Big house", renovated old accommodation including the main staircase of the property. On the ground floor: an entrance hall (10 m²) leading directly into the large courtyard and, on a living room (22 m² with kitchen, dining room, living room), separate WC with sink. Upstairs: large landing with 140 cm sofa bed, 3 bedrooms (12, 25, 10 m²), 1 bathroom with WC and 1 shower room. Upstairs, very nice views to the south.
Alcôve can be grouped with Pitt or Guy ... or both and, in this case, this grouping includes 11 rooms for 29 to 34 people.
- Isba: apartment of 100 m², on the ground floor in the wing of the Tower, overlooking the courtyard through a large French window. A large living room (40 m² with dining room, living room, fitted kitchen area, two 90-seat benches that can be used as sleeping accommodation), 3 bedrooms (12, 11 and 11 m²), a bathroom with WC.
High speed 4G WiFi in each apartment.
In its exceptional site overlooking the Lauragais plain and, facing the Pyrenees chain, the estate offers an 8x16 meter swimming pool, tennis and outdoor games in a 12 hectare wooded park and also, common rooms (a reception room of 100m2, ping-pong tables, a TV room, a chapel. Wireless.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits à La Ginelle en ce mois d'Aout 2020 avec un couple d'Amis (4 adultes et 3 enfants) et vraiment nous avons été TRES SATISFAITS d'avoir découvert ce lieux !
Plonger dans le temps, le grand air, la nature dans ce très grand domaine à seulement 15min de Castelnaudary.
Nous y retournerons sans aucun problème tellement nous avons aimé le fait qu'il y ai 13 logements, mais chacun avec leur intimité, leur barbecue, leur jardin/terrasse, ...
