About this apartment rental

it is a charming studio in a former Belle Epoque palace of the French Riviera. it is quietly located on the first hills of the city of menton, all 10 minutes walk from shops, downtown and the residence is closed and there is a guard the day. the studio is on the 3rd floor facing west and offers a view of the hills. it is fully equipped and linen is provided. you will find a wifi access in the lobby of the building.

Communication on entry with caretaker was very professional. Caretaker was clear with entry instructions and all queries answered. We found the accommodation clean and a/c was provided for warm weather. Altogether accommodation was suitable for our requirements and close to transport.

Accessible with Wheelchair and elevator 👍 Good walking distance to beach and town center. Very quite house, didn't hear any noises from neighbours. Lovely flat with everything you need in a big charming grand house. Kitchen has everything for cooking (pot, pan, toaster, plates...) Bed is a bit small, probably 130/140cm but that's okay. Sadly bad parking situation, but when not too late in the evening you can catch a parking space. Moste of time we explored by foot or took the train to visit other citys, which was much more easy, cheaper and effortless than taking the car. We enjoyed our stay and love to come again. We fell in love with Menton and Riviera Palace ❤️

We very much enjoyed our stay located in a beautiful building and grounds. The apartment was a good size for the 2 of us. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils & a good washing machine. The bed was very comfortable. It is a good 10 to 15 mins walk to restaurants and old town. There are some stairs to navigate. This was fine with us but anyone interested in this location just needs to be aware. Would definitely recommend.

everything it was very nice . the appartement was in a perfect situation . we had e..verything as it was promised, very good equipped we had a private control for the garage and for the entrance for the Palace. the people were so friendly and polite. Mr, Martin was really a gentleman we had a scooter and that was perfect because in generall with the car your are not so flexible. the area was like a dream . thank you for everything .C'ETAIT UN REVE MERCI POUR TOUT NOUS AVONS RECOMMANDE 1000%

Lovely studio apartment that was very well equipped, we thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay. Very close to the train station and bus station for day trips. (Building has gated access to the grounds and entry ways, so advance arrangements with the owner is important). We hope to return.

I really enjoyed the opportunity to stay in a modern, well equipped, comfortable 3rd floor studio apartment, set in a spectacular historic building that takes you back to a different era. A peaceful setting with beautiful mountain views. Had initial concerns about timing and access into the building/apartment, however it was OK as we arrived during concierge hours (worth checking otherwise would have to make other arrangements). Christophe, the concierge was very helpful, showed us to the room (the Riviera Palace is a big place!) and how everything worked.
