This pretty apartment is 50m walk from the beach
it is located on the 1st floor of a house without lift. The beach is behind the Dunes that you can see in the photos.

Located at 5, rue des Sables in Berck-sur-Mer (quiet street), 300m from Calot et Calvé hospital, 12 km from the beautiful seaside resort of Le Touquet Paris Plage. You will be 10 minutes walk from the shopping street "Rue Carnot" and 200m from the Esplanade Parmentier (seafront where all the restaurants are located).

2 steps from shops and the sea, and 10 minutes from Fort - Mahon Plage or TOUQUET.

You are HERE, feet in the water ..... Spend a pleasant moment of relaxation with us thanks to its location which will allow you to do everything without a vehicle, and to be calm in serenity. ...

Nice holiday apartment with modern and well-kept amenities.

Merci pour cet agréable séjour, venteux et humide mais météo oblige. L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé, très sympa (déco soignée) . ideal für alle, die jeden Tag schwimmen wollen, denn man kann einen kleinen Weg direkt zum Strand in gehen. (man sieht zwar das Meer direkt vom Haus nicht, aber die Dünen, direkt dahinter ist das Meer). Die Wohnung ist im 2.Stock , die Treppe hoch etwas steil. Die Wohnung (zwei Zimmer, Kochecke, Bad) ist angemessen, nur das Bad schon sehr eng. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Logement proche des dunes, appartement tout équipé (même produits d’entretiens) avec machine à laver. Y’a pas de lave vaisselle mais ça n’a pas été un soucis pour qq jours. La réception de la TV ne fonctionnait pas bien mais le propriétaire allait règler cela. Nous avons séjourné début juillet, l’endroit était clame et paisible, ce que nous recherchions. Nos enfants ont su se balader en trottinette dans la ville. Tout est proche et à disposition (tout fait à pied).

le bien est refait récemment aux couleurs actuelles et bien situé par rapport à la plage il n'apparaît pas assez clairement dans l'annonce que les serviettes et les draps ne sont pas fournis et de fait pour un week end cela fait beaucoup de bagages à emmener de plus pour les personnes à mobilité réduite il serait bien de mentionner que l'appartement est à l'étage
