In a quiet street 200 m from the port and shops, bigoudène house of 100 m2 with adjoining patio and garden vis-à-vis.

Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen and dining room, bedroom with 1 bed of 140 cm and dressing room, shower room, WC, cupboards.

Floor: A room with 1 bed of 140 cm and a bed of 90 cm, a room with 1 bed of 90 cm and dressing, bathroom, WC.

Patio behind the house. Garden and parking opposite.

Very easy and friendly communication with the local landlord and a very warm welcome. We immediately felt like home. The house has a good size and it comes with all you need for a holiday. It is decorated with love for little details but not overloaded. The colour scheme perfectly underlines the maritime character of the house. It is located close to the centre, harbour, haliotica, several restaurants, supermarkets and three beaches are in an easy walking distance. Its also a good starting point for trips e. g. to Concarneau, Quimper, Penmarc,h etc. Overall: perfect for us! We definitely recommend a stay!

La maison est grande, confortable et agréable. Elle se situe tout près du centre du Guilvinec (marché, commerces, restaurants et port accessibles en 5 minutes à pied), et en même temps dans une petite rue très tranquille empruntée seulement par les riverains. Alain, le propriétaire, est accueillant et apporte tous les renseignements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Le Guilvinec, avec toute son activité de pêche, est une ville très attachante, et c'est un point idéal pour découvrir l'ensemble du Finistère Sud.

Kommunikation und Check-in waren einwandfrei, obwohl wir später ankamen, als angekündigt, hat uns Alain vor dem Haus erwartet und gleich eingewiesen. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Anliegerstraße, man erreicht aber zu Fuß in max. 10 Minuten die Innenstadt mit Restaurants & Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs. Das Haus ist großzügig gestaltet. Da wir nur zu zweit waren, haben wir nur das EG genutzt, im 1. Stock sind zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und eine Toilette. Es können mühelos 4 bis max. 5 Personen untergebracht werden. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, wir haben das Sortiment noch um einen Dosenöffner erweitert :-) Sogar eine Spülmaschine sowie ein Backofen sind vorhanden. Das Einzige, was wir anfangs etwas vermisst haben, ist ein deutscher Sender im SAT-TV, das war aber nicht schlimm, es geht auch mal ohne und in der Küche war kein Geschirrtuch vorhanden. Das gehört eigentlich doch zur Grundausstattung in der Küche wie Töpfe und Besteck. Ansonsten top & gerne wieder! Wir haben uns gut erholt.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Guilvinec ist ein sehr ruhiges Fischerdorf. Allerdings gibt es in der Umgebung (Auto erforderlich) viele schöne Dörfer, Städte und tolle Strände zu entdecken. Sehr nette Hausbesitzer. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung sind nicht inklusive. Das müsste in der Hausbeschreibung auf jeden Fall erwähnt werden. Wir haben uns in dem Haus aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit tollen Betten. Im Haus selber gibt es viel Platz, es war wirklich sehr sauber. Wir empfehlen das angebotene Betwäschepacket zu mieten (Deckengröße 220 x 220 cm). Das Städtchen, der Hafen und diverse Restaurants sind ohne Probleme zu Fuß zu erreichen. Viel Spaß hatten wir im Hafenrestaurant „La Chaumière“, die Bedienung ist sehr originell, leckere Speisen und es gibt Livemusik. Zum Abschied gab es von der Hausdame dann noch eine nette Aufmerksamkeit... neben einer Flasche Cidre wurden wir mit 3L Wasser versorgt- in Deutschland herrschte im Gegensatz zur wohlklimatisierten Bretagne Dauerhitze. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Altes Fischerhaus, behutsam renoviert, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhig. Besonders hübsch der gegenüberliegende Garten zur freien Benutzung. Der Ort ist lebendig, aber nicht touristisch überlaufen.

Diese Ferienhaus im netten Fischerort Guilvinec bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht : Geräumige Küche und Wohnzimmer, kleiner Innenhof zum Entspannen, gegenüber ein Garten mit Tisch und Stühlen zum Sonnen, üppige Küchenaustattung mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht, 3 Zimmer, 2 Toiletten, 2 Badezimmer, alles modern und gepflegt - eins der besten Häuser, die meine Freunde und ich bisher gemietet hatten. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Haus übertraf in allen Belangen die Erwartungen. Fußläufig konnte man in Kürze sowohl den Hafen als auch Supermarkt und Bäcker erreichen. Der Vermieter zeigte sich äußerst freundlich und begrüßte uns mit einer Flasche Cidre. So gestaltete sich der gesamte Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, vor allem weil Guilvinec etwas abseits des Haupttourismus liegt, durch den Hafen und dessen Charme, einen schönen Strand und tolle Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Fahrrdtouren punkten kann. Jederzeit wieder!

Großzügiges zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus, das sehr schön eingerichtet ist. Es bietet Platz für 6 Personen und hat einen netten Innenhof und einen Garten. Hafen und Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Strand ist 1000 m entfernt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unserem Gastgeber betreut. Schöner Ausgangspunkt, um die Bretagne zu erkunden.

Propriétaire sympathique, gite propre et très joli dans des tons blanc, gris et gris plomb. Situé à proximité du centre ville et du port. Quartier calme. Seul bémol pas de Wifi.

Agréable semaine sous le beau temps ! La maison est agencée avec beaucoup de gout et très bien située. Très bon accueil du propriétaire! Nous reviendrons!
