Villa 100 m2 with terrace on 1200m2 of fully fenced land.
Your vehicles will be parked inside the property.
Three bedrooms with double beds and a single bed, which can sleep 7 people (possibility of providing an umbrella bed).
Equipped American kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, gas hob, coffee pot + senseo, toaster.
Cellar communicating with the kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer.
Bathroom with two sinks, towel dryer and bathtub.
Separate toilet.
Large living room with 107cm television.
Outside,
8x4 fenced and secure swimming pool not overlooked by the neighbors. Pool house with barbecue and fridge.
Large garden with a nice play structure for children.
We accept pets, where a fenced space with kennel and drinker are at their disposal if you wish.
If the harvest allows you, we offer you the opportunity to pick vegetables from the vegetable patch (eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes)
