Beautiful apartment of 31 m² for 6 people, in a 3 * tourist residence with a small supermarket, a restaurant,
Included in the rental are the WIFI at the reception, the access to the SPA and the swimming pool.
The use of laundry and WIFI in the apartment are optional and subject to charges.
The supply of linen and end-of-stay cleaning are optional and payable.
The owner can not be held responsible for access to common services.
Located in the Maurienne Valley in Orelle, the apartment is easily accessible from the motorway or train station.

- A living room with a sofa bed (2 beds 90x190), flat-screen digital TV with DVD player
- Balcony with garden furniture
- A bathroom with bath and separate toilet
Parking space in the basement and a private locker for storage.
Possibility of providing linens and towels with supplement.
Possibility of cleaning at the end of stay at extra cost.

WINTER
Direct connection to the largest ski area in the world thanks to the cable car: The three valleys (600km of tracks) including the stations of Orelle, Val Thorens, Les Menuires, Méribel and Courchevel.
Free shuttle every 15 minutes outside the residence, which deposits a 3 minute gondola where you find the French ski school, equipment hire, lift passes, crèche.
SUMMER
At the gates of the Vanoise National Park and 1 hour from Annecy Lake, many excursions are possible. Two lakes are nearby for swimming and possibility of a trip to Italy to visit Turin.
The Office of Tourism Orelle is available for all information.
Activities to share with family or friends: Canyoning, rafting, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, tennis, climbing, via ferrata, river fishing, museums ...

Résidence faite pour aller skier et profiter de la piscine. Le seul souci est kebab manque de personnel pour la piscine, pas de surveiller donc aucu respect des règles par certains vacanciers: short de bain, non port du bonnet, non respect des consignes pour le sauna et le jacuzzi( à chaque fois plus de 3 personnes et des moins de 16 ans.)

La pièce à vivre est conviviale, l'appartement dispose de plusieurs compartiments séparés.
Il y a un garage fermé et un local à ski

Tout etait impeccable la location est très bien pour 4 personnes. C'est une petite station mais on trouve tout ce que l'on a besoin. De plus nous avons eu un temps magnifique.
Une petite question comment je peux recuperer ma caution ?
