About this apartment rental

Very nice apartment equipped for 6 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms / shower. Located in the heart of the resort and at the foot of the slopes.
On the 7th floor, facing south-west, with a balcony which offers a splendid view of the village and the slopes.

The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen area with dining room and a bathroom with WC on the ground floor. On the 1st floor: a bathroom with WC and two bedrooms: a mezzanine bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second bedroom with a trundle bed (2 80 cm beds) and above a mezzanine with a 140 bed cm.

The ski locker on the ground floor of the building gives direct access to the slopes and the kindergarten. ESF, SPA with swimming pool and shops nearby. Possibility to rent a space in a covered car park with direct access to the building.

Our animal freinds are not admitted.

We where a little unlucky that some of the facilities around the apartment (like the elevator) where out off service during our stay. The facilities seem a little dated, but it wasn't a really big for us.Having said that the apartment itself was very nice, with a good location wrt to ski-slopes and city center. Communication with both he check-in service and the apartment owner where clear and friendly.We had a great time.

Great week

Overall lovely apartment, owner extremely helpful during covid uncertainty and gave us options, but we were very glad we could go in the end. 4 adults and 2 kids, we had enough space. Beds comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. Linen ready and waiting. Easy access to boot room from slopes. It is the high side of resort so we found it easier going up the arpette lift and skiing back to apartment rather than walking up the steps! 2 bathrooms made getting us all ready very easy. Kitchen had lots of equipment, could have maybe done with a few more plates so we didn’t have to have the dishwasher on all the time. Would stay there again. Thank you

The ski in ski out location meant we were right on the slopes and perfect for the kids ski school meeting point. We found Marie to be an excellent owner, providing good communications and useful information to help us with our stay. A car park pass is available for an additional charge for the underground car parking. We chose to take our own bed linen and towels and do the end of stay clean ourselves, however all could have been arranged locally should we have wished too. We absolutely love Belle Plagne as a ski resort and hope to return again soon. Many thanks for a wonderful stay! The Bray Family xxx

Appartement très bien agencé, optimisé. Bien équipé , nous étions 6 personnes. La wifi serait appréciable pour les ados, mais rien de problématique bien entendu ! Emplacement pratique car départ et arrivé au pied des pistes. Proche centre station par ascenseur très facile. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Communication réactive. La personne qui nous a accueillis était très agréable et disponible. Nous recommandons. Sylvain

Marie a été une hôte exemplaire. En effet nous avons voulu passer une semaine dans son charmant appartement qui est d’ailleurs très fonctionnel et très bien aménagé. Nous avons cependant dû écourter notre séjour à cause du covid et Marie a fait preuve d’une humanité et gentillesse sans faille puisque l’intégralité du séjour nous a été remboursé . Nous pouvons également évoquer la gentillesse et la souplesse dont a fait preuve la personne qui nous a donné les clés sur place . En bref , je recommande à 1000% et je reviendrai sans aucun doute l’année prochaine

A 4 adultes et 2salles d’eau, c’est un vrai plaisir. L’accueil de Françoise parfait, personne d’une grande gentillesse. Et l’appartement bien équipé jusqu’au sèche cheveux. Il n’y a rien à redire. A recommander.

Net appartement met prachtig uitzicht over het dal en aan einde vd middag een heerlijk zonnetje op het balkon. Inchecken verliep prima via Françoise. Het appartement is direct gelegen aan de piste en heeft een skilocker onder in het gebouw. Onder het gebouw is een grote parkeergarage wat erg handig is. Het appartement heeft 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Alles is efficiënt ingedeeld maar daardoor wel wat krap. Enige minpunt is gebrek aan kastruimte om je kleding in op te bergen. Keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken incl. vaatwasser en magentron. Al met al een aanrader!

Grand Appartement avec une belle pièce à vivre nous y étions 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants ) Très bien équipé seul bémol : pas de prise dans salle de bain et peut être un peu excentre du centre du village mais rien de bien méchant arrivée et départ piste sur ski avec la neige au rdv Merci Ainsi qu'à Françoise qui nous accueille merveilleusement Sylvie LEVIEIL

Super duplex, tres bien equipé et bien placé au sein de la station de belle-plagne. départ et retour de l'appart pied au ski. Petit plus bien appreciable pour nous : situé juste au dessus du club piou piou ce qui nous a permis de regarder notre fille pour ses premiers cours. Gros plus de l'appart : 2 salles de bain et 2 toilettes. Tres belle vue du domaine de l appartement. Contact sur place tres sympathique. Je conseille fortement.

Appartement très propre, très bien équipé, offrant une vue magnifique sur le domaine. Seul bémol : l'accessibilité au coeur de la station avec des enfants en bas âge. Il faut avoir de bons bras ! mais nous sommes en vacances alors profitons en pour faire du sport ! Merci à Françoise pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Appartement bien situé dans le haut de Belle Plagne avec une très belle vue sur le domaine. Facilité pour récupérer les clés avec le contact sur place. Propreté irréprochable et aménagé avec goût. Accès direct aux pistes , proche des rassemblements de l'Esf . Seul bémol cette année : 1 des ascenseurs pour rejoindre le centre du village était en cours de rénovation. Je recommande cette location sans aucune réserve.

Cet appartement correspond au descriptif. Il est bien décoré dans le style montagne et est très fonctionnel. Nombreux rangements, équipement généreux, literie de bonne qualité, et un balcon exposé de manière à profiter du soleil jusqu'à la dernière minute. De plus sa situation au 7eme étage garantit le calme. Au point fort, les 2 salles de bain qui de plus sont très belles. Départ et retour skis au pieds. Petit point négatif (mais tout petit) c'est l'accessibilité par un dédale d'escaliers ou d'ascenseur pour aller et venir du centre de la station, ce qui peut rendre les courses désagréables. Mais après tout faut il s'étonner de monter et descendre à la montagne ? La personne qui se charge de l'accueil sur place est très gentille.

Ce que j'ai apprécié le plus c'est les 2 salles de bains et la disposition des chambres qui sont séparées et qui permettent de séjourner à 3 couples en ayant la possibilité de s'isoler. Seul critique c'est l'accessibilité au cœur de la station, pour les courses et les commerces, qui est un peu compliqué. Par compte l'immeuble était très calme et tranquille.

Appartement très bien rénové, fonctionnel et confortable. Il est très bien situé pour accéder aux cours de ski et permet même de suivre les progrès des petits au jardin des neiges depuis le balcon. On accède assez facilement au centre du village (village bas) et aux différents commerces par un ascenseur public, qui peut être néanmoins parfois très capricieux...Parfaitement conforme à la description, cette location est à recommander sans arrière pensée.

Des vacances idéales!

Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans cet appartement pour la semaine de Noël 2012 et nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille. L'appartement est calme, bien fonctionnel et très propre. Très bien équipé. La décoration est soignée. Les 2 salles de bain sont très appréciables quand on est 6. Très bien situé dans la station, la vue du balcon est splendide. Proche des commerces et de l' ESF, on peut même voir son "piou-piou" faire des progrès au jardin des neiges du balcon. Le ski room est aussi très pratique avec un accès direct aux pistes. Belle Plagne est vraiment une station formidable : un joli coeur de village en bois traditionnel, très dynamique (et piéton!) en plein coeur du beau domaine de La Plagne à 2050 mètres d'altitude. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse ainsi qu'à la personne qui remet les clés. Nous reviendrons...
