The apartment has its own terrace as well as the communal terrace of the building which has a panoramic view on the beach of Essaouira's bay and the Medina. Parking space for one car in the basement. The building is secured by a guard for your tranquillity.

We (a retired Canadian couple) spent 5 nights in this lovely apartment. On arrival, we were met by Rachida who explained everything and was available throughout our visit to help answer questions. We both used Google Translate which worked well. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is well located - an easy walk to the beach, port, Medina and groceries. We can highly recommend it.

Warmly welcomed to the flat and served mint tea and cakes. Despite my limited French I understood how everything worked. The kitchen equipment is splendid and the two oil filled radiators kept the place warm when the weather got chilly. The sea view to the harbour was lovely. The flat is spotlessly clean and Rashida cleaned weekly and changed the linen. I manage to get YouTube on the tv as all other channels were in French or Arabic. The lift up to the flat was welcome and the caretaker efficient and pleasant keeping the building safe and clean. The flat location is 2 minutes walk from the promenade and only 10 minutes walk to the medina. All in all a lovely holiday in a well manage and well decorated flat.

Nice apartment in a lovely apartment complex which is next to beach and near the medina. Best of both worlds. Apartment has everything that is needed and the view from the balcony is superb.

I was able to go to the beach, medina, and church (opposite the apartment block), every day from this apartment. It is clean and secure and very comfortable. Essaouira is a very chilled town and has a really relaxed atmosphere. The weather can be windy, hence its nickname, and also very hot. I've really enjoyed my time here and can recommend it if you want a relaxed, hassle free holiday. Bon Vacances.
