Modern house in Casco, ME has view of Parker Pond & 160 ft. of waterfront. Lake is clear, clean and perfect for swimming and boating. Property has a dock, canoe, & kayak. House has cathedral ceiling & large deck. 3 floors, a floor to ceiling fireplace, 4 bedrooms. Located on secluded road among oak and pine. In high season, rentable for 6 days or more during high season.

Living-dining room & kitchen are open space with cathedral ceiling, skylights, & grand stone fireplace. Glass doors look out to deck and lake. Deck has two tables for eating and stairs down to path to lake. Deck has speakers from stereo system. Master BR with queen bed has glass doors to deck and entry from LR and from full bath. AC window unit. Living Room has large flat panel TV with Roku and entertainment/ stereo system.
Modern kitchen with bosh dishwasher, fridge w/ icemaker, electric induction cookstop stove, microwave, toaster oven, Cuisinart food processor, instant pot, blender, fully stocked with cooking equipment and cutlery. Gas grill on deck.

The home was very spacious and clean....perfect for our family getaway! Loved both the indoor screened deck as well as the outdoor deck. It was great to have a dock that fit 4 chairs and loved using the kayak and floating in the warm clean water! Firepit was a nice way to end our evenings. The home was well equipped with everything you would need and then some! Would definitely go back and recommend to others looking for a relaxing vacation!

My family spent a week here, and thoroughly enjoyed our time in the home, on the lake and in the region. The home is just right for a family of 4, with the screened-in deck room a game-changer for meals and games outside without the bugs. We ate almost every meal out there. We've been to many lakes, and this was perhaps the best for swimming, with clear, warm water. The loons are fun to listen to in the evening. The surrounding towns have plenty of dining and entertainment for adults with 10-12 year olds. Check in and check out was a breeze. The owner was accessible before and during the stay, although we had no need to contact him. Thanks for a great week.

Our first trip to visit Boston, New Hampshire and Maine. This lakefront home was perfect for us. Although we spent most day’s driving to see all the sights, early morning and evening were great to watch the sun come up and set. House supplied all our needs. Dock was great place to watch geese and ducks and beautiful sunsets. This was a bucket list to visit these three states and drive to all the villages, hamlets and towns along the way. We had an awesome time.

Our family enjoyed this comfortable home overlooking a quiet lake, a perfect location for fishing, swimming, kayaking, and canoeing. When not in the water, we enjoyed family meals on the large deck with a view of the lake. The house was well equipped for those who enjoy cooking, reading, and relaxing. We are from Maine and wouldn't hesitate to book this home again.
