This inviting and sun filled unit has fantastic views from the full-length windows of the living and dining room areas. The 4 tall chairs on the balcony overlook the incredible beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
The kitchen has new cabinetry, quartz countertops, bright lighting, and new stainless appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy eating in. There is a new large dining room table that comfortably seats 6, with 2 additional barstools at the counter. Another table in the living area seats 4 and is a great place to set up your computer or a wonderful place for children to color and play games. There is a large flat-screen TV and DVD player for additional enjoyment. The living room includes a new queen-sized sofa bed, along with new lamps and artwork. This is the perfect area for reading, watching TV, or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful water views.
The master suite is large and inviting with beautiful new furniture. There is a comfortable new box spring and mattress on the king-sized bed, a wall-mounted TV and lovely plantation shutters. For ultimate privacy, the remodeled on-suite bathroom is designed with a walk-in tile and stone shower, bright lighting and a beautiful quartz-topped vanity with plenty of space. Wonderful toiletries are also provided for your convenience.

Great place to stay. We took a short Spring Break trip to enjoy the beach with the kids. The condo had an amazing view and was well kept. The beach is right out the back door with chairs and towels provided. The only negatives were that they were down to one working elevator, vending machines were out of order, and there wasn't really much to offer in the amenity center for kids. That being said, I would stay here again.

Very beautiful condo. Everything was great there. The master bed and pillows were so comfortable. Balcony was very spacious and the view from inside and outside was incredible. We were able to watch the sunrise and the moon glow on the waves at night from the sofa. Highly recommend this unit!

This was a spectacular condo and was beautifully decorated. The views of the gulf were breathtaking. The place was spotless and it had everything we needed!
Would definitely stay here again!! Have already recommended it to others :)

We loved staying here! The condo was very clean, updated, and convenient. Great to sit out on the balcony and look at the ocean. The Sandpiper staff are so helpful and accommodating. Beach access is so easy, especially being able to pay a small daily fee to have a canopy set up and beach chairs provided.
