As soon as you arrive, you will fall in love with this alpine chalet from 1869, of 170 m2, completely renovated in 2013 with period materials.
Facing due south at 1850 meters above sea level, with a breathtaking view of Mont Pourri and the Isère valley, the sun is present from morning to evening including Christmas. Great care has been taken in the luxurious redevelopment of the property: lauze, stone and old wood. The elegant and modern interior at the same time was designed for 12 people to find their way in the greatest comfort, while being able to isolate themselves if necessary.
The refinement of details combined with the ideal location of this chalet located in the old village, close to the slopes (8 'on foot or by free shuttle) and in the old village of La Rosière will ensure you an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Franco Italian space San Bernardo.

Great property, helpful concierge when we had any issues. Easy bus stop to the slopes but only a short walk otherwise. We had a fantastic week here. Loved the hot tub and sauna. Merci!

Fabulous Chalet in great location with stunning views

We had a wonderful week at this chalet. We were a party of 8 and the chalet was super roomy. We could walk to town in 5-10mins and the free resort bus came nearby every 15 mins. The views from the lounge are incredible and we were treated to firework displays on some nights from the adjacent villages. La Rosiere is a lovely Alpine town with lots of activities for children. Michel was super helpful and quick to respond to queries we had prior to our arrival and whilst we were there. We hope to visit again next year.

We were 3 family’s of 4 staying in this chalet. And it was great. Close to bus stop to get to slopes. Lovely peaceful location. Stunning views down the valley. Would recommend 100%. Great communication with michel to owner throughout the booking process and though are stay. Thanks

The down stairs room was flood on arrival as the drain outside was blocked. But due to the biblical storm we drove up in its small wonder. Lovely chalet in a beautiful stitutaion. Very short walk into town for all your shopping needs. Excellent all round, we had a great week away.

Exceptionally welcome to this beautiful chalet. Owner was generous and convenient with host => always on hand to answer queries and questions. Communication was excellent. The chalet was beautiful prepared before our arrival. The beauty of chalet and location is unique, architecture of the chalet is amazing added to the construction and traditionally => modern and luxury result is incredible. Very well equipped => with everything what we need. Great location peaceful and very pleasant after a hard day of skiing. View is perfect to appreciate mountain !!! Family appreciates to stay and enjoyed many memories. Simply perfect. Recommended and we will come back soon !

So exciting winter games during your travel !! We stay here over a week, it is a wonderful place. The chalet is well located close to ski area (there is a shuttle with One stop if you don’t want to walk for 5 min!) and close to old village and close to all conveniences. Great chalet, modern, clean and spacious (we were 11), huge living room pleasant and comfortable for enjoyable evenings. With sun shine the Alpine views are beautiful. Sauna and bubble bath after skiing are so comforting and relaxing => all family appreciated. Les Rosieres (FR) and la Thuile (ITA) resorts are all inter-connected and part of the huge San Bernardo area. Should you wish to go to Val d'Isere or Les Arc then there is a regular bus from the station or its a 35 minutes or 20 minutes drive. Would definitely recommend and we may have to come back!

C'est la 2eme fois que nous venons aux Alpages du Soleil et toujours avec autant de plaisir . Toute la famille ravie . Du soleil toute la journée, une vue juste incroyable , du bon ski, un très grand confort avec plein de détails bien pensés et beaucoup d'attention de la part du propriétaire . la nouvelle très grande terrasse plein sud est un vrai plus . Nous sommes prêt à revenir l'an prochain pour essayer le hot tube ou bain nordique chauffé au feu de bois qui complétera le sauna déjà présent !

Seul petite observation concernant l’équipe de ménage en milieu de séjour : elle est arrivée 17h30 pile au moment du retour des pistes … peu pratique pour eux comme pour nous

Un chalet magnifique rénové avec beaucoup de goût ! Une vue imprenable sur la vallée dont on ne lasse jamais. Nous avons séjourné avec enfants et grands-parents durant 15 jours et tout ce petit monde (12 personnes au grand total) a pu trouver son confort et son rythme grâce à ce chalet merveilleusement pense ! Tout le confort moderne est là dans un écrin préservant le charme du patrimoine savoyard. Mr Ninou, qui nous a guide et conseille lors de notre réservation avec une grande gentillesse s’est entouré d’une super équipe de conciergerie qui a été présente et aidante tout au long de notre séjour (un grand merci a Bene et son équipe et bien sûr à Jose !) La Rosière est une station familiale et dynamique au paysage exceptionnel, il y a des activités pour tous les âges et tous types de sportifs et non sportifs. Merci encore, nous avons passé un moment des plus agréables, nous reviendrons à l’été pour les sources d’eaux chaudes 😊

Magnifique chalet à la Rosière. Situé en bas de la station avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et un grand champ de neige pour faire de la luge. Le chalet est bien équipé et le propriétaire laisse de nombreuses attentions que nous avons particulièrement appréciées. La literie est très confortable et le chauffage par le sol permet une bonne répartition de la chaleur dans toutes les pièces. Le sauna et le jacuzzi sont de vrais plus.

Chalet magnifique, décoré avec gout, très confortable, on s'y sent bien et la vue est imprenable. Les chambres sont sur plusieurs niveaux et bien isolées. Des petites attentions laissées par le propriétaire pour fêter le nouvel an, très appréciées.

Quelle vue vraiment belle . on ne s'en lasse pas . Nous sommes déjà venu il y a 2 ans et le panorama et la situation du chalet est toujours aussi exceptionnel. L'exposition est plein sud avec du soleil du matin au soir en janvier ! trop agréable! Les chalet s'est amélioré et on voit que les propriétaires prennent soin du confort des locataires . des petits plus et des petites attentions qui font chaud au coeur. La station s'est agrandie avec un domaine très complet toujours au sud. Toutes les pistes du coté du Mont Alezan sont bien sympas et techniques ( on ne s'y trompe pas , beaucoup de skieurs italiens sont là et bien plus que les années d'avant. Un enneigement toujours naturel et au top. juste bravo !

Très beau chaleur avec un équipement cuisine impeccable. Une vue imprenable avec une pièce de réception, cuisine intégréé, feu ouvert le tout créant une très bonne ambiance. Les chambres sont réparties sur 2 niveaux inférieurs, avec escaliers, la chambre parentale est tout en bas. Les salles de bains sont impeccables. La description faite par le propriétaire est tout a fait exacte et nous y avons passé un excellent moment. Un restaurant que nous avons beaucoup aimé est l'Ancolie aux Euchets. Toujours très bien accueillis. La station est très familiale et plein de charme.

Quel plaisir de rentrer dans cet endroit !! Une pièce à vivre exceptionnelle : lumière, vue, espace, confort... tout y est. L'ensemble du chalet est traité avec goût, parfaitement équipé, et permet, grâce à son agencement, de conserver une bonne intimité. La station est constitué de chalets en pierres et bois, pas de barre disgracieuse, sur un domaine skiable spacieux et diversifié. L'Italie et ses spécialités sont de l'autre coté de la montagne.... Excellent séjour !!

Séjour très réussi dans un chalet magnifique, très bien décoré, tout confort, avec grande salle de séjour très agréable, exposée plein sud et vue impernble. Rien à redire. Accueil personnalisé par le propriétaire. A conseiller vivement ++++ Station familiale où malgré le faible niveau d'enneigement nous avons pu skier tous les jours, notamment du côté italien (la Thuile)

Great Chalet in one of the beautiful parts of the world. Michel is very helpful in every way, bedrooms were so confortable, deck was simply sensational in the sunshine! Close to nice little towns with restaurants/bar etc, but not too close! Would definitely recommend, and we may have to come back in Winter! Dave
