A 5 km from the center of Porto Vecchio, on the south shore of the gulf, the villa is located in the residence "MARIN VILLAGE" which includes:
- Large pool with children's pool.
- Tennis court.
- Landscaped garden with trees.
- Mooring for boat.
The villa is air-conditioned and was completely renovated in 2014, on 2 levels it consists of:
- On the ground floor:
- An entrance with staircase leading upstairs.
- A living room with sofa bed (2 places), flat screen TV, DVD player, WIFI box.
- A kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, electric kettle for coffee pods ...
- A room with two twin beds and wardrobe closet.
- A separate toilet with washbasin.
- A covered terrace with sea view, accessible from the living room and bedroom.

- A double room with sea view terrace solarium.
- A bathroom with toilet and washing machine.

In the near there are several super nice beachesThe villa has to slepping rooms which fit perfect for a family with to kids.

Die Anlage ist schön und groß, es waren allerdings auch kaum Leute da. Der Pool ist wirklich groß. Der Tennisplatz (Steinplatz, kein Sand) sollte besser in Schuss gehalten werden. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist zu klein für zwei Erwachsene. Gute Küchenausstattung. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Jeanne vor Ort. Wir empfehlen es.

Après un petit bémol d'annonce sur l'appli Abritel pour la location du linge de maison (résolu à l'amiable avec le propriétaire), et un accueil chaleureux de Jeanne nous avons apprécié cette location fonctionnelle pour 2 couples et bien située.
Les amateurs de glace que nous sommes ont juste regretté l'absence de congélateur.
Malgré cela nous conseillons vivement.
