About this apartment rental

Ideally located in the heart of the village of Ploumanac'h, 100 meters from the shops, the beach and the port, on the Côte de Granit Rose, this duplex of 61 m2 will seduce you with its spacious and bright living room, its kitchen and its large terrace facing south.

The apartment, on the first and last floor of a small residence, is arranged as follows: ground floor, living room with integrated kitchen, with a large closet, a bathroom with bath, washing laundry and separate toilet.

Upstairs, a master bedroom with a bed of 160x190, with small sea view and a loft bedroom with a bed of 90x200 and 2 bunk beds 90x190, with also a small sea view.

Once your car left on the private parking, facing the residence, you will walk to all shops, restaurants and shops.

You will be 2 minutes from the fishing port and marina and beaches of Saint-Guirec or the Bastille, and can walk on the coastal footpath, which takes you to the lighthouse, the famous Pink Granite Coast and Trestraou beach in Perros-Guirec.
