The location and condo property was nice. We didn’t use the amenities but had a pool, lazy river and hot tub with very clean common areas. Parking was plenty and convenient with covered parking with elevators connected to parking and rooms. The elevators were quick, not a lot of waiting, however they don’t have a lot of airflow and we did have a short period when they were down but they were fixed fairly fast. Our unit was comfortable but didn’t have the best pots/pans. Condo doesn’t have starter paper products or cleaning supplies. Only issue we had was the front door lock was hard to lock, had to work the key and play with it. Overall good stay and we would stay again.

Overall great place to stay. Happened to be there 4th of July week, so, a million people on the beach in both directions.
Kitchen and living room are great. Updated, granite in kitchen. Huge TV. 9th floor balcony is nice with room for everyone. Comfy beds.
Everything else is good and clean, just a bit outdated.
Example: bathroom faucets/handles are probably from the 90s. Wallpaper is peeling a bit on the walls. But for us, who cares! Everything worked great and was clean. Master bath shower is very spacious with a whirlpool tub that kids would love (we didn’t use it).
Pool / hot tub area, same thing. Kinda outdated, but again, clean and served our group well.
Beach is nice but was crazy crowded for our stay. Also, tents/canopies are not allowed on the beach, only umbrellas, we didn’t know that.
Overall great price for a fun beach trip.
