Apartment T2 45m2 very bright, view facing the ocean from the living room and the bedroom, you can admire the sunsets from the loggia. :-)
The accommodation is located upstairs in a building served by an elevator.
The sun crosses the apartment from morning to evening on sunny days, it's really very bright and pleasant.
You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Direct access to the sandy beach with lifeguard in summer, no road to cross
Accommodation description:
- Living room with open fitted kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle etc ...) round table with extensions which can be folded up to gain additional space in the living room, TV, DVD player, cupboard in the entrance,
- 1 bedroom,
- bathroom with shower
- separate WC,
- loggia with 2 armchairs, high table and 4 high chairs to enjoy the sea view,
- private parking space,
- double glazing, heating
Sleeps 5: bedroom 1: a double bed, living room: a convertible sofa and a fold-out single bed.
Are provided: Quilts / blankets, mattress covers and pillows, sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels, bath rugs.
Cleaning included, done by a company after each outing.
Bike rides via the cycle path near the building along the coast and joining St Jean de Monts and St Gilles Croix de Vie.
Super U and all shops on foot, 4 weekly markets (from April 15 to September 15) otherwise many shops in St Hilaire de Riez, St Jean de Monts and St Gilles Croix de Vie.
Nearby: numerous leisure activities: horse riding club, laser-game, bowling, rosalies and bikes rental, fast food, disco 1.5 km away, Thalasso, Golf, Casinos ...
In summer: other activities are added: water park, beach library, beach clubs, guided tours, beach sports, adventure course in the trees, quad, nautical activities, fairground attractions, carriage rides ...
Please note that all activities are not maintained in the late season.
To do: fishing on foot, hiking and cycling via marked circuits, sailing, windsurfing, surfing, kite-surfing, sand yachting, sea kayaking, visit of the salt marshes ...
