Within our Estate, in a calm and relaxing setting, close to the beaches of the Gulf of Sant’Amanza….
Our small house of 45m², will be suitable for 4 people.
Completely redecorated, it offers a living room open onto an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with dressing room (1 bed 160 and 2x 90), 1 shower room and a WC.
Adjoining another property, but separated for complete privacy by large old wooden panels, it fits into a calm and relaxing setting.
The sheltered terrace offers a dining and rest area.
Reserved parking space.
You can enjoy the beaches of the Gulf of Sant’Amanza which can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Air conditioning in living room, Tv TNT, Ipod station, fridge, gas hob, microwave and oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, wood stove, outdoor furniture, barbecue

Household linen and end of stay cleaning included.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday from May to October.
A deposit of 1000 € by check (not cashed) will be requested on the day of your arrival

Porzione di casa a 5 minuti di macchina dalle spiagge del golfo di Santa Amanza con gradevole spazio esterno . La casa è perfettamente organizzata con materassi molto comodi e trovata in perfette condizioni . Ci torneremo !

petite maison très agréable, très bien située à moins de 10 min en voiture de Bonifacio, 30min de portovecchio, dans un endroit très tranquille, tres calme. maison très propre, literie super agréable, c'est très facile de rayonner dans le coin en partant d'ici. les gérants sont charmants, je recommande et je reviendrai
