About this apartment rental
Very nice apartment for 5 persons of 28m² located at the foot of the slopes at Pla d'Adet in the municipality of Saint-Lary Soulan 50M from the first ticket office and the big chairlift taking on the whole area which is composed of 3 parts, the Pla Adet where our apartment is, Saint-lary 2400M and Espiaube. It is 200m from the center of the resort and the ski school with magnificent views of the valley of Saint-Lary Soulan, a shuttle stops 50M from our apartment to go directly to the area of Espiaube and Saint -Lary 2400M.
Our apartment has been redone from floor to ceiling in 2007 and has been refreshed and relooked this year for the main room since it is maintained twice a year, once before the winter season and once before the season summer which included wholesale full cleaning, change of mattress and pillow protections and replacement of worn or broken equipment.
In 2019 change of sofa bed, curtains and coffee table and painting walls of the main room.
It consists of an entrance with sleeping area 3 bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, cumulus 200L and heated towel rail, a separate toilet and a living room with kitchenette fully equipped with hob electric, refrigerator with freezer 15L integrated, multifunction oven (microwave, convection oven and grill), coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue, a LED TV 80cm, a click- high comfort sofa, an electric shutter and a balcony.
We will offer ski equipment hire discounts of up to 35% and Hamman / Jacuzzi tickets from a partner store.

It's a small, humble apartment but well equipped and clean enough. It has a large window in place of the outside wall, giving lots of natural light and a nice view across the valley. The host responds quickly to questions and is helpful.

Appartement bien équipé (cuisine, petit électroménager) Etonnant mais très pratique un réducteur de wc intégré pour les petits. Plutôt bien localisé. On peut monter au départ des pistes à pieds ou en navette. Super semaine dans cet appartement.

Quelques équipements sont à changer (grille pain qui ne fonctionne pas, tube aspirateur rouillé et cassé rideau de douche au lieu d'une porte de douche). Le fait d'être tout en bas permets aux enfants de pouvoir jouer dans la neige tout en les surveillant de l'appartement accès direct via la baie vitrée. A proximité des pistes mais pas au pied des pistes. Obligé de marché le long de la route avant d'accéder aux pistes sans couloir piéton. Pas d'accès direct à l'école de ski attention si vous avez de jeunes enfants obligé de prendre la navette... L'appartement reste agréable et fonctionnel.

Nous avons trouvé que les plaques de cuisson étaient dangereuses et surrannées.De plus,nous connaissons la station et avons séjourné ds des appartements,plus coquets ,mieux équipés et face aux pistes pour le meme prix.
